USA320Pilot comments: Checkmate.

Checkmate? So who won what?

The injunction appears to be rather silly and humorous to me, the colossal waste of money not withstanding. I frankly don't see anything changing about the way I operate.

Perhaps the company is just using this as a distraction from ever negotiating anything. Damn if ALPA was in charge we would be negotiating like crazy. We wouldn't need the company to participate.... we would have negotiated ourselves into more givebacks by now already.

If ALPA was negotiating, we wouldn't have wasted years and millions of dollars fighting over the seniority portion of the contract. All of that time could have gone to something productive for the entire pilot group and the money would still be in the bank.

A silly injunction?

Ahhh, contempt of court is right around the corner and USAPA will be unable to assess the west because our CBA doesn't allow it.

You are out of your mind, ALPA would not have gotten squat, be patient.

A meaningless injunction is absolutley correct, it won't be an issue much longer. I think there will be good news coming for both sides. Right Move!!!

Are you trying to out prognosticate Black Swan (BS) and his ongoing failed predictions about the company being split up and how judge Conrad would not be issuing an injunction? That's a tall order considering how often he get's his predictions wrong.

How about you? Are you going to tell us plainly what you are talking about so we can see if you are right? Or are you just going to spread more false hope with ambiguity in the hopes that the east USAPA supporters won't get restless and demand a new strategy and new leadership?

Lyle was in the CLT new hire class with some interesting comments on their future pay, "due to litigation". Won't be long Callaway.

Will that be something like "days" from now or will it be like when we were days away from a split back in June?

I made it clear the June stuff was all hearsay. Sorry you don't understand the term. Kasher is going to spank the company worse than Wake. Any day now.....this one will make Parker wish he never treated his employees so bad. There will be no negotiations on this one.

Got it. So we are days away from Kasher handing USAPA a win on the LOA 93 grievance is the nature of your prediction and I assume Luv9's as well? I'm standing by to see if you get this one right BS. I suppose a win will make the injunction much easier to comply with since USAPA was never interested in safety to begin with. So with the injunction in place and a win on LOA93 we should all expect much better operational performance out of the east operations right? No need to throw a cog in the gears when you're getting a nice raise at the hands of a grievance arbitration.

Oh, BTW, how does the LOA 93 win for USAPA factor in to your hearsay about spiting the company? Is the split off the table now that the east doesn't care or should we expect a reemergence of that hearsay "prediction" anytime soon?

I heard that rumor, too.

My problem with that is twofold:

1. How would Hogg know anything in advance? If he did, then the the confidentiality of Kasher's process has been breached and there are likely penalties attached to that violation of the RLA. I doubt Hogg knows anything more than we do.

2. Why in the world would he tell something like that to a new hire class? Unless he just wanted to see how fast the rumor mill could propagate. How would a win impact new hire pay? Assuming they are coming aboard as E190 first officers, that equipment pay rate is unaffected by Kasher's ruling.

Both valid considering all the rumors that make the rounds at any airline. I'd add a question about the "due to litigation" remark since the only pay issue in the works is the LOA 93 grievance and that's not litigation but rather arbitration.

So You're expecting us to believe that USAPA actually WON something, and yet refuse to share the GRAND news with the populace....but Lyle Hogg let the cat out of the bag to a class of E-190 new hires?

BTW, Arbitration isn't "litigation" despite what Lee $eham billed you guys.
