A meaningless injunction is absolutley correct, it won't be an issue much longer. I think there will be good news coming for both sides. Right Move!!!

Good news is good news if it comes. Of course.

My nightmare scenario is any kind of win on LOA 93 being completely neutralized (or worse) by negotiations to pay a large fine. My limited exposure flying the last five days tells me not everyone is taking this injunction seriously. Just how, well, stupid is it to wear a safety lanyard or red badge backer in our current environment..just to "stick it to the man?" Kind of like not doing distance learning. Give me a break. Not worth getting fired over, no matter what your intent.

The CLT pilots have received ZERO communications from their Reps, not sure about PHL. Comm from Cleary is, well tepid. But I can only guess the Judge will specifically looking at CLT for a little backtracking. Guess McKee is going to show everyone who is boss. He better be sure, because my read on the injunction is a lot of it was directed his way.

It is my opinion individual pilots can be held in contempt for violating the Judge's orders. That would put them in deep doo doo outside the RLA.

I have participated on many forums, and you are the lowest classed individual I have ever seen.

It is obvious that you are not ANY kind of professional....just a plant who's only cause is to breed anomisity between the pilot groups....the true enemy.

And you PM me as a friend....while you treat my friends as you do......sure, ####! Will never happen! You have no friends.

I heard that rumor, too.

My problem with that is twofold:

1. How would Hogg know anything in advance? If he did, then the the confidentiality of Kasher's process has been breached and there are likely penalties attached to that violation of the RLA. I doubt Hogg knows anything more than we do.

2. Why in the world would he tell something like that to a new hire class? Unless he just wanted to see how fast the rumor mill could propagate. How would a win impact new hire pay? Assuming they are coming aboard as E190 first officers, that equipment pay rate is unaffected by Kasher's ruling.

Sounds strange also. Just what I heard, no attempt to say I was there and heard it.

Superhero, I follow the orders. But if there is a legit item, it goes in the book. The way team tempe does maintenance, they will have to answer. Not you. Have you not seen a total maintenance meltdown with the west in charge? It is pretty lax on their end.

Mikey, I have made grammatical errors many times. But when you continue to do so after I not only correct you but take the time to explain your error to you, I have no choice but to keep bringing it to your attention.

As for the rest of your post I have skipped it. I will not engage you until you explain to me the difference between lier and liar. And after that I want you to apologize to me for wasting my time having to teach you.
