Why are you easthole clowns wanting to abandon usapa and go with teamsters?

Name calling? what are you talking about, I am just calling them by their real name. These pos scumbag clowns formed a union in a van by a river to staple the west using their larger numbers to impose their will, yet yesterday the very founder of such union wants to scuttle his creation and join the teamsters. I want to hear from the easthole clowns how this can be?
 
Ummmm, we had a dispute with integration so we went to mediation and then with arbitration. We agreed to let a third party settle this because months of negs and a huge chunk of change failed to produce a list between us.

Oh, I get it. Is it because it didn't go your way that you want to redo this? How long do you want to keep trying?

And what do you have to offer the west? Sounds a bit one-sided, don't you think?

Actually I think he does worse than ignore Frequent Flyers. He gives lip service to the group. Which to me personally coming out and saying "We don't give a crap about frequent flyers" is less insulting.

US Airways is STILL struggling in the market place to clearly define it's core customer. They are all over the map and it seems to be spreadsheet driven. One quarter they seem to reach out to business travelers and other times not.

I think this drives down yields and drives away the base that saved US for many more years than they should have. The lack of revenue premium hurts pilots and all workers at raise time.


Team Tempe's "marketing" is all about attempting to get "any" yield per seat, centered around the one concept that they have actually gotten correct: If you sell the cheapest ticket, they will come. While the other major "Hub and Spoke" carriers still try to market themselves as high quality providers, UseLessAir is content to be the "Flying Subway" of the industry.

How do you think they are able to achieve such high load factors! We have become the "WalMart" of the skies. They start off with the lowest cost ticket and then supplement that with an even lower cost ticket dumped on the internet just prior to departure date. This only works if you either are the most efficient provider (think SW or JetBlue) or have the ability to reduce cost on the backs of your employees. An unfortunate consequence of putting a butt in every seat, no matter how low the price paid by the passenger, is that the employee travel benefit becomes, for the most part, illusory. Does anybody really try to non rev with the family on us when they go on vacation? Good luck with that! But I digress.

Dougie is correct, we are "special", his business model only works, as long as he can pay us rock bottom wages. Please spare me the "our contract is better than yours" garbage, it's like two prostitutes arguing about who is more virtuous. We are what we are and we aint, what we aint. The sooner we all just get used to it, the better.

The company operates perfectly fine present day. USAirways group operates a bunch of wholly owned airlines and will continue to do so. LOA93 will be fine for the east. We have operated on it for years. The pay will be the game changer. Everyone on the east will just smile going through the concourse.

What if you win and Parker just says no like you east pilots did? He could call Kasher a crazy old man and say it is not fair. How long for that court case to run? Does usapa have enough money for another trial? Do the math. For less than a million a year Parker could delay a trial for several years, push any raises down the road. Save himself many millions a year. Maybe he could hire Seham he seems to know how to delay and waste the other sides money. I hear Seham is available and looking for work.

I think we will be smiling pretty soon and I will be sure to especially smile at every westie I see. There will be no court case with this but I'm sure you know that. I still think it would be in Parkers best interest to split the company as he has failed to put this train wreck together. The game changer is coming. Just wait for it.!!!!

I love it when you guys make it so clear you just don't have a clue. Then 8 or 10 of the blind tag along. Hang in there. Next week you will see it all come true. Another West nightmare, all because you didn't listen at wye. Parker is going to try to negotiate out of this, but it is NO DEAL!
