They should prompote them to a position in which Cleary has to ask their permission for very simple usapa related business.

or better yet, every time Cleary comes to talk to the company, Parker should just refer him to the newly created manager of the department of telling usapa to go screw themselves.

I can see it now Scherf and Ferguson get a business cards naming them as Assistant-Directors of labor relations. More commonly known as the 'f usapa division of LCC.

Oh, and they get a big raise. Part for the trouble the usapa scumbags have caused them personally, and part as a payoff for no future litigation against the company.
