Well, at least numbnuts has moved on from posting the rico complaint over and over and over again. God only knows what he will be posting over and over and over again in another year or two.

alpa findings.

"Consider during 2006, the East operation reported a profit of $474 million while the West operation
reported a loss of ($33 million). For the first six months of 2007, the East operation reported a $297
million profit while the West lost another ($8 million)."

"Subject: 2007 Profit Sharing

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the AAA MEC, consistent with previous allocation methodology for
stock and stock options, will distribute our portion of the profit sharing pool according to the following
manner:

BOING BOY , YOUR ON DECK!

JIM, SWA Revenue in PHX, were on the losing end, BTW, my son is a LUV employee in accounting! KMA! MM!
Yeah, and Wilder is your next door neighbor, $eham is your father-in-law, the SCOTUS justices are your aunts and uncles, etc. So you can spout off all you want and never be held accountable cause you just say "So and so told me". Well, guess who told me that you just make stuff up as you go? They're very close to you, BTW...

I do have a lot of information surrounding your west pilot group walking away from wye river, be patient.

Without a merger you were DOA ! FACT! Good luck! odds furloughs at UAL year end!
Awwwe... Poor poor MM. Still wishing others will experience your unique form of career disaster. 🙁

DOA, huh?

I guess Wall Street missed the memo on UA's pending CH7 while actually profitable.

The delusions you come up with are truly entertaining. True, they can furlough at UA after December. News flash, you can be furloughed too. Any airline can reduce capacity and furlough. CO's protection ends with a new contract.

CO pilots are not in control of the JCBA. The negotiating committee and NMB are. Furloughed pilots who get hired on the CO side maintain their pre-merger UA seniority from the PID snapshot. So they will return to their rightful position after SLI. You really should do your homework before barfing from your pie hole.

By the way, flying is actually being ADDED to the UA side. Newark - Zurich to be flown by JFK 767 UA crews next month as well as EWR - SXM. JFK 767 base becoming internationally qualified once again as of December for additional international flying coming next year. LCA's are currently doing route quals. Just what one would expect with the coming downsizing and furloughs you predict. Yup, sounds like you really got a handle on it though. NOT! 😛

You know, I really enjoy shattering your fragile little world of imagination! As you were, my syntax challenged friend.

Me? I'm not the one that supposedly hates everything ALPA then quotes them to prove some imaginary point. That'd be your friend Nosuma-pollo. Interesting line-up of friends he has - 4 of the 5 make all sorts of claims and refuse to provide evidence for any of them. Quite a fantasy world you've constructed.

Your latest ual alpa update is not encouraging for you. No progress, tsk tsk.

"ual Joint Negotiating Committee Update

The Joint Negotiating Committee and management met in Boston this week under National Mediation Board supervision. Utilizing the process recommended by the mediator, the JNC communicated to management potential concepts for closing the large philosophical gaps in scheduling. Management is currently considering the suggested solutions and has indicated that they will have feedback from their subject matter experts next week. On Thursday, a counter to a Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) Letter of Agreement was passed to management.

The JNC will meet next week in Boston. Work will continue on the other open JCBA sections that we currently possess. The JNC and management are scheduled to be in NMB-mediated negotiations during the following weeks: October 25-27, November 1-3, November 8-10, November 28-30, December 6-8 and December 13-15.

As always, please stay connected to the process by reading updates from the MEC and your local Council representatives.

And how many sessions does the USAPA NAC have scheduled during that time....   It's sad watching someone so desperate to prove something but be unable to... 😛

Oh Nos, outing yourself again I see, with your daily UA updates.

I just love how badly it burns your a$$ that you don't work for UA and never will! Still fantasizing about UA's demise, huh? Boy you really must have been jilted something fierce! Who else is in your circle jerk besides MM, BS, and luv?

BTW, why have you been hiding your Claxon profile? Scared? Banished? Trying to preserve your ratings?

Rest assured UA will have a contract and SLI LONG before you are off loa 93 or see a DOH list. Unless of course APA has a chance to hand you your a$$! Now THAT'S a side show I'd pay good money to watch. 😉 Can't wait to see you come apart at the seams when you get the bad news from Kasher.

Word up???? Did you really just say "word up?" If I were your brother I'd smack you up side the head for embarrassing the family name. Seriously, your writing skills are bad enough. Who says "word up" anymore?

Yeah, yeah - lots of bluster but nothing else. Does that "group" you're in "contact with" fly black helicopters or trail behind a comet in their starship? How long have you been claiming that Nic is DOA and USAPA can't even get to company of officially acknowledge receipt of that DOH list... 😛
