Empire pilots that were stapled to the bottom of your pilot list?

Previously answered - keep up junior.

Your statement about not getting flight pay loss from alpa, not even a t shirt?

True as previously stated - you're stuck in a rut.

How should the west data thieves be handled?

Care to back that up with a Judge's verdict?

Direct questions you evaded very recently.

Lie

You are not a reliable poster in my opinion. You encourage posters to go to your """"unbiased"" personal biased web site.

You could gain credibility if you explain to the posters how you were fired from US Airways as a pilot, for threatening a slowdown on this very message forum. Please explain.
Calm down Apollo. Your panties are lighting up.

Seham is done. He's moved on to the SWA guys.

So much for boycotting Arizona.

Arizona beats out Tampa, lands 2015 Super Bowl

A couple of years ago it was the Steelers that "beat out" Arizona.....in Tampa. Go figure.

There are internet reports and rumors that USAPA removed its DOH architect Lee Seham as the union's General Counsel who said "seniority is negotiable like crew meals." Rumors indicate the BPR hired O'Dwyer and Bernstein as their new General Counsel, but there has been no formal announcement of this development.

O'Dwyer and Bernstein were initially selected to be the PIC attorneys; however, they filed USAPA's Status Quo lawsuit and defended the union in the Preliminary Injunction hearings.

Furthermore, Rob Streble and Gary Hummel recently attended the PHX Domicile Meeting and reportedly told its PHX-based pilots USAPA owes Seham a lot of money. Would USAPA terminate Seham, not pay Seham money owed in an effort to balance the books, and then use a new law firm, O'Dwyer and Bernstein, to lead the union's DJ lawsuit effort?

How would this effect USAPA's DOH strategy and junior pilot support? Who will do the legal work for the PIC? And, how will Seham react if he is stiffed by USAPA? Would Seham sue the union and how would USAPA pay for its potential defense?

Seham has indeed been fired personally by Cleary, without BPR approval. Seems the VP was "giving business" to one of Seham's "fired" help. Seham's firm already has a few big wins under its belt, including but not limited to kicking ALPA off the property, winnning the dues arbitration with the NMB, and destroying Addington all the way to SCOTUS. O'Dwyer and Bernstein..not so good so far.

Those against DOH for East pilots just got a big win, courtesy of the VP's libido. Hope Cleary's "junior majority" bloc is happy, they may soon reap their just rewards.

Sounds like you clown scabs now have the perfect excuse for why you are not getting doh, yet another person to blame for your incompetence.

Really? Big wins? Your Victories would be roughly akin the Muskegon Lumberjacks beating the Sioux Falls Stampede in overtime to win the USHL's Anderson Cup.

my brother might be your next Capt! DULLES RIGHT!
BTW, if your "brother" or anyone else at CO ends up my captain after SLI is complete, arbitrated or otherwise, I will gladly sling their gear. There is absolutely no animosity whatsoever toward my CO counterparts. And if I end up his captain I expect the same. We all understand that it is in the hands of the Merger Committee members and the arbitrator, and there is nothing any of us will be able to do about it. It won't be DOH (which would benefit me greatly). I fully expect that there will be CO guys hired after me that end up senior to me. Career expectations and all. So I have no problem with that. My entire world does not revolve around the fourth stripe.

Whomever flies captain to another, it will mean the SLI is done, which means the JCBA will be done. So in that case we'll all be getting substantial raises. And FYI, your imaginary "attrition train" will be like a steam locomotive compared to our high speed rail. When age 65 hits UA will be retiring more pilots in 4 years than the east has pilots! In the range of 600 to 900 per year. Most of them from widebody left seat! You do realize we have a combined total of about 160 widebody aircraft compared to your 24, right? It won't matter where you end up with the SLI. All will be good. 😀

You are quite the story teller. Loved the story about the pregnant wife and driving through the grass trucker story on the Bimmer forum! What a tale!

Sparrow, welcome back. You need to get up to speed on something called Addington. Then the 9th. Addington is where the Desert Judge went a Amok. The 9th is where Seham tees him up for the spanking by the clerks.
