On the contrary, you are stupid enough. Look what you did to get an injunction slapped on you. That work action had to be the worst run and most uncoordinated effort of any pilot group. You guys were sending text messages to west pilots and calling them as well. All those text messages, btw, were turned over to the company for use against USAPA.

And you're right, if you ever get released (won't happen) we would walk right over you guys and cover that flying in a heartbeat.
Talk is cheep, the only thing cheeper is a west pilot trying to get to CLT.

Why the IBT? What are they going to do for this group that usapa can't or won't?

IBT is a "national" union with conflicts of interests. That is what you all told us you were trying to get away from or was that just lies designed to cover the real reason you left ALPA. To get out of the Nicolau.

How does a union that represents truck drivers represent pilots under the RLA and not have a conflict?

What is the IBT position on arbitration? Ask the Polar/Atlas guys or the Republic guys. Is IBT going to give us a different answer?

So why the teamsters? Is usapa not the union you all had hoped for just 3.5 years after replacing your last union? What happens if IBT can't do what you want? Just keep changing hoping for something to change. The only change will happen when enough of you old east guys leave and the attitude changes. Or a court shoves a couple rulings up your backsides.
What's hope got to do with it? So the EAST guys have to leave for what attitude to change? WE have tons of attrition you want, new hires on the EAST will advance faster without the WEST, the court cannot dictate your vote,or interfere with internal union affairs! The NIC will never be an option, soon you will see that! Most already do!

Someone pointed out to me today, one key advantage of going with the IBT is that it would fend off any attempt by ALPA to get back on to the property. The IBT and ALPA, along with the AFL-CIO, has a "hands off" policy regarding raiding each other's constituencies.

Keeping ALPA off the property: That alone is worth the price of admission.

Honestly, who cares what his motivation is? Who cares if he's furloughed? Who cares if he works for UAL or AWA? Who cares what kind of car he drives or in what other activities he does or doesn't partake? Doesn't change the fact that he has your number, is spot on with most of his assessment, has a pretty accurate track record, and all you have is smoke to blow out your a$$. All I see is a bunch of angry idiots bringing up the subject over and over again. Not Jetz.

Sorry to disappoint you, but any furloughed UA pilot that gets hired at CO gets paid at his current UAL pay rate by seat, equipment, AND YOS. The only thing that changes is the uniform and the work rules.

As for your last garbled sentence, as always you are a liar. I said it would be industry LEADING, it would be LONG before USAPA resolves the SLI or the east gets off loa 93, and most likely there would be a contract or a strike before we see any furloughs. I can't predict furloughs, but I do know for fact that UA's flying for 2012 is flat with slightly less domestic and more international. So your furlough theory is probably off. I also know that December bids in JFK on the UA side include EWR Brussels, UA is re-training JFK 767 for international and we'll be bidding international rules starting December, and spring is bringing several other international destinations to my fleet that will also open up bids for more pilots into my domicile. Doesn't exactly sound like the actions of a company getting ready to furlough now, does it?

But you've been wrong before, so you're no stranger to that! :lol: You guys crack me up. No interest in what I have to say, yet you sure do spend alot of energy stalking me in cyber space! You keep bringing up me and UAL yet you claim not to care. Which is it? LMFAO! I've obviously got you and your buddies wound up the last few days.
