At least my one time rant is written in proper English. Some people around here can't spell or write well, making it hard to decipher their meaning.

Never claimed to have all the answers. From my perspective it looks like pilots are waiting for word from Kasher. If I were in your shoes I'd hold out too as the last resort. IMO if that goes against the east you very well might see that ouster.

I agree with most of that sentiment, except the first part. DOH will work if that's what the courts eventually rule. That's because the west will respect the rule of law. NIC will also work because if that's what the courts rule there will be no other choice for the east. It's all about which side of the law you end up on. Fortunately for us on the west, the law SEEMS to be on our side. If that were not the case this would have been settled by now since you have (or had) the numbers to force whatever you wanted. It is the rule of law and our determination to continue our defense that has stopped USAPA's ultimate goal.

SAY IT "FRAGMENTATION", respect the rule of law where "YOUR CONTRACT" as RR has pointed out is "SOLD"!

The problems here are much larger than our pissing match about seniority. If it were just that we could fly for the next 20 years just like we are with no problems. (other than the cyper poo tossing on here)

Without an overhaul to the corporate culture i don't think we will be around long enough to let the courts figure out the seniority thing.
