US Pilots Labor Discussion

He is to scared to make an independant decision, he would be a nervous wreck, blames it on his quality of life! He has never been a capt even when his seniority was good !
He is not a pilot. and, therefore, should not be treated as such.

Minion of Jerry Glass, more likely. And the westies are too stupid to figure that out. Why would I think different?

I was not aware the east is "begging for compromise". Pray tell, try to have some cites other than some pathetic wet dreams.

DOH or consider walking sideways for the rest of your life. Your option.
You beg on this board and you beg for parity at the crew news sessions.

Nic or consider LOA 93 for the rest of your career. Your option.

The problems here are much larger than our pissing match about seniority. If it were just that we could fly for the next 20 years just like we are with no problems. (other than the cyper poo tossing on here)

Without an overhaul to the corporate culture i don't think we will be around long enough to let the courts figure out the seniority thing.
Wolfe had it right, sliceing as we speak, our economy will not support airline woes into the next years, especially the economies of AZ, NV, this company will be fragmented very soon! MM did I mention the SEPT forclosure report!

Well good for you, start with insult's and expect dialouge,

But then again, it was you who started with this:

Sounds like your into a pretty good rant right there, pot meet kettle!

So who is the one who starts with insults?

As usual, you toss a stink bomb first, but feign victimization when someone responds in kind. In my neck of the woods we call people like that hypocrite.

From your angry outburst we can conclude that it only takes 1 or 2 posts to send you off the reservation. Don't worry about dialogue. I'm done conversing with you. Feel free to have the last word.

Ah gotta luv you guy's, the righteous, the scorn, justice not served, word up, No victimization here, right where I need to be, Like I said," You must want it bad, or you wouldn't spend so much money for it, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!"

With no increase in pay? Why would you be willing to take a substantial pay hit (inflation) for 20 years just to keep a phantom that you think will deny you an upgrade, at bay?

There will be too few pilots here to hold that line in just a couple years (or perhaps months, or perhaps now, but Cleary denies all of us a vote).

I don't have to, it's already been done. HUGE amount of support east for IBT. It's the buzz over here. What do you mean "splitting the airline"? It can't get much more split than it is right now.

Driver B)

IBT NOW

If the IBT rumor begins sprouting legs, there will definitely be a card drive on by more than one group. It will split this place wide open and Parker will clap his hands and say, "Somebody pinch me. Does it get any better than this!!".

No, the pilots can remain represented, but they should do it with equal east and west input until a joint contract is signed and then the union can return to what is traditionally the role of a pilot union.

Thank you for the good luck wishes.
Out of curiosity, what will you do if Kasher and DJ decisions go against you? Serious response please. No unintelligible rants.

I am uninformed and undecided on all things IBT. But a "card drive" is not necessarily required. All the governing body of USAPA has to do is make a decision to ballot the membership, and if it passes we could change unions, affiliate, etc.

Right now any group is free to start a card drive.

Don't believe FedEx and CO used the NMB election process to return to ALPA. Depending on how the vote goes, the Tranny guys could do the same, simply agree to join SWAPA with an on property vote.

Confer and discuss. I am not absolutely sure on any of this. Maybe not as simple as I think.

You did not ask me....but

I already had a good cry about LOA 93 when Move2CLT told me last month we had already lost. That cry lasted about 30 seconds.

Does not matter what happens in the DJ. Either way the Company is going to take it to the Ninth, so who cares. 2-3 year wait in my opinion, and no doubt in my mind what they will say in San Francisco. I have had much longer waits in my life to achieve goals, hunkered down for the duration on this one. I am serious.
