I find myself with mixed feelings regarding $eham's firing. On the one hand, good riddance since he's the self-serving opportunist who told a couple of malevolent idiots how to delay implementation of an arbitration. On the other hand, those same malevolent idiots are actually critical of the megalomaniacal Kim Jong Cleary for firing him. It'll just be a little bit harder to make fun of USAPA without $eham's incompetence guiding it.

$eham, USAPA, Bular/Hogg, and Parker all deserve each other. Sad to see the bunch broken up. Life goes on yet the East remains clueless.

When an East Reserve First Officer tries to move head of a West Captain on the same airplane it's the F/O that's doing the stealing.

It's not a hard concept to understand.
 
So any easties have any opinions on the firing of Seham? or are you awaiting instructions from the mother-ship before commenting?

Personally I think USAPA needs to shed a little more light onto WTF has happened here. If it's strange billing and such, uhmmm....why wasn't it caught sooner? If it's a personal matter, as some of alluded to, I.E. someone's current g/f who was employed by SSMP recently getting let go, and this being a personal vendetta, well that's a whole different matter. So why aren't there the minor details unleashed in the updates and such, as opposed to the general nuances that we have been given.

Alpo did I like, no........the way this group has gone, has been straight towards the Alpo dog bowl. They need to change course or they will be flying the line agian......god forbid....

Oh and for you lurkers., Not all the JAPs are single mindely following the leadership. get a grip. Yes we are tired of hearing the stories of the lost 3rd houses and all the toys, but we aren't out to get you senior guys, for our gain. Something different from you lifetime I understand, but really....
 
I mean really. to hear a capt, have heartache over the fact that he thinks a restoration of pay rates will dive the company into a 3rd BK, and who knows what will happen now. Having to explain to him, that about a simple 600lbs per flight hour saved, (or somewhere around there) will result in a net break even for everyone to get a pay raise. Whereas, where everyone is pissed off, not giving a rats Ass about how the plane is operated or if people missconnect, etc etc etc......how much in extranous expenses do we ultimitely control with the operation of the airplane. How much savings would the company observe with happy pilots????? I know they have bean counters, and if we can do the math in a single short flight, these guys I'm sure can figure it out. Whooops. I'm sorry, I forgot about the team we are talking about.

USA320Pilot should be their spokesperson.......he fits the bill and he will do it for FREE.................

So for an A320 you think a 10-12 % reduction in fuel burn is simple, eh? Give Airbus a call and let them in on your one ridiculously simple fuel saving tip...
