US Pilots Labor Discussion

You are retarded, only one side had an extreme position. BTW by agreeing to let a 3rd party arbitrate a dispute we are being "extreme"? You got to get a clue

I have several clues my friend, your Labor group is where it is because of the likes of you and others. A mutually settled contract is always preferred over one that is litigated as this debacle has been. There were solutions out there that would have required some give and take, Both sides went "all in" and this is the result.

You want to lifft yourself up by insulting me and and calling me names? I'm OK with that. Just shows who YOU are with no reflection on me. Have at it.

Poor baby, you need a hug!

I proudly work in a non union job. Unions like USAPA protect the weak, unqualified, unhinged, fringe outliers like you. You had fun working at a dying shell of an airline, now you are working for an airline that makes money, and expects slugs like you to actually perform.

What are you going to do when you inevitably lose again?

I know what I will do....laugh...at you!
http://thewall-usa.com/gallery.asp LAUGH! DICK!

OH YEA!, HPRET, can't even recognize one wall name (DCA VIET WAR), but hell they know it all! GOD BLESS YOU NON UNION JOB AND ALL! KMAMF!

I can recall many whose names were written there. The war was a scar upon the land of Freedom & Liberty. NO ONE disputes your service or bravery.

My uncle landed on D-Day, fought with Patton in the Ardennes and liberated several camps. My Dad was in the Army of Occupation, and he died as a result of his service when I was 13. DO NOT lecture me! NO ONE respects the sacrifices you made more than I.

HP Retiree is many things but he is in the end a patriot as are you and I. Do we disagree on the issues at hand? YES we do. Respect is the key and neither pilot group has done a very good job in that regard

Actually your incorrect! But not about our blow-up dolls!
FACT: Almost 1600 East pilots are 55 or younger.
FACT: Almost 600 East pilots are 50 or younger.
FACT: Almost 200 East pilots are 45 or younger.
These numbers don't include new hires since the merger.

As for the dolls, you definitely have enough hot air for a harem...

FACTS! YOUR BS! QUOTE THEM!

Do you really believe your own BS, BS? Prove it. Prove it with a vote on a Nic-Inclusive TA.

I hope you brought another set of undies.

Luvn, we told you the Nic T/A has nothing we need. What does it do for any East pilot below the 500 range seniority? Nothing. And there are a lot of them. The 9th says it means nothing, just an idea someone had in the distant past. We rejected it already. As I said, wait until Kasher is the feeling around campus. What is the rush? Someone come up with a decent idea, LOS with fences or something like that, and maybe you can make it fly. I still think Kasher will come through, but say he doesn't. There are three 3 per cents coming on shortly at the worst case, coupled with the retirements. That is not a bad thing.
Anyway, Parker and Kirby are not giving anyone anything for nothing. It has already been proved there is no way East and West will get together on a unified move to a contract with the issues over the summer, so we know better than to even try. Every group for themselves now. Business as usual.

JIM the details, your sources are BS!

You sling enough bs to recognize it, but you missed this time. Or you think I got that from Black Swan and he lied like usual...

QUOTE them??? I did - the numbers are the numbers. You are funny, though. You made two posts to call the facts BS, then a third to say "who cares." Well, two posts say you care...

What does it do for any East pilot below the 500 range seniority? Nothing.

That is the problem. You and your pals think the SLI should improve the lot of the east pilots at the expense of the west and you're mad that it didn't. ALL the posts - it must be over 6000 pages total by now - and that's what it boils down to. East pilots don't get to climb over the west pilots in the Nic. East pilots get "nothing" in the Nic - except what they had, just the same as the west pilots, and somehow that's not fair...

True enough! The "ardent" hardliners on BOTH ends of the SLI issue not only failed to reach a reasonable consensus, but in not doing and subsequently "punting " the issue to third parties (lawyers) to decide for us, we end up where we are today.

If we continue to perpetuate this course of action, NOBODY is going to be happy with the eventual "dictated" results. As I have said before here many times, the SLI issue should have NEVER been abdicated to non-pilots to resolve.
