Well it is obvious by Cleary's statement that the new lawyers have some concern for usapa's chances and are advising a change of course. You can bet the eastholes will still be trying to screw the west but the new attorneys are advising them to "soften" their stance and try to come in just under the dfr line. What shouldn't escape the east posters here is the fact usapa declared the seniority issue "settled" after the 9th, yet the unions president is admitting it is far from settled, i'm curious what what the east thinks about that.

Ok seeing as how I'm so clueless in the eyes of the east coupled with the fact that most of you believe that you have won something, mind tell this clueless ROOKIE just what it is you've won???

1) 4.5 years later you are still the lowest paid in the industry

2) 4.5 years later you still have the worst contract in the industry

3) 4.5 years later you are no closer to DOH than you were before you made Seham a millionaire

4) 4.5 years later after having spent a small fortune on the LOA93 arbitration despite being told you had no snap back provision you lose that case.

5) 4.5 years later you fire the very attorney the told you he could circumvent the arbitration award after he fails to produce.

6) 4.5 years later you engage in a ill fated ILLEGAL JOB action the not only failed but produced and Injunction against the east pilot group

7) 4.5 years later and now headed back into court to hear how the Judge tell the company no indemnity from west law suits

Now do I really need to go on educating you on the massive losses that usloppy has racked up at your expense?? Do I really need to show you how you are going out flying your trips every week while the cleary clowns soak up FPL at your expense and produce NOTHING but massive legal bills???

If you were going to get out of that arbitration it would have happened by now! All you have done is lose money that you and your family could have put to better use. Seham's children will go to Harvard at your expense, where will the east pilots children attend college and at whose expense???

No closer to DOH, but no further either. The mere trickle of attrition over the next few years will get me weekends off, so I can enjoy my military and PBGC retirement payouts! Even assuming a loss on LOA 93 I am confident the 3% raises will eventually prevail, and as of this May will be a little over 9% compounded.

Agreed..no “snapback” on LOA 93. Where you been for 2 years, the snapback argument was never presented? Not a snapback. But will still be a loss.

No choice on going to Court with Judge Silver. Kind of had that one dropped on us all by the very clever and competent attorneys working for US Airways. Excellent delay tactic only, despite the West grabbing at straws thinking Addington still lives. Even if Judge Silver somehow props it up like that guy in “Weekend at Bernie’s” the corpse will smell to high heaven when it is paraded in front of the Ninth a few years from now. Will get the bum’s rush there (if you can call waiting even another year for a decision a rush.)

All our kids are through college, so nothing to say there. Just hoping to be able to afford cable to watch “Matlock” at the home.

Wins? What wins? Delays maybe, but zero wins. Tough as it may be for you, Addington is going to be back with a vengeance. What you fail to grasp is the difference between ripeness and merit.

And how does firing Seham open the door for DFR? It doesn't matter who your legal team is.

And what about the ninth? Once again, ripeness. If the case becomes ripe the merits the ninth upheld will win it.

As usual with old people who reside in the past you miss it entirely. No one is making fun of the PBGC, I am making fun of the fact that back in 1800's when you were hired you were told to expect a million dollar pension but you gave that away then blamed ALPA for your own stupidity. The time is near now and even your circus clown cleary knows this.

I doubt very highly you were ever in the United States Military, they teach things like HONOR and INTEGRITY in the US military. Two things you have been proven to be without. Do not further dishonor yourself or the military with that lie.
