If the company says it is
Nicolau there is nothing you can do about it. Remember you say seniority is negotiable. If the company say no you are done. If the company decides to use something else they will be sued along with usapa.

All the judge has to do is say the company does not have immunity and this is over.

I'm also glad Swan and Reed are handling Clearys surrender of DOH. Maybe one day they will be able to hold a conversation.

BTW are you from the Pribilof Islands of Alaska? I've lived and hunted in Southwest Alaska for many years. My Aleut family members and I have hunted seals for meat and hide (subsistence) but never clubbed them for SPORT.
