Ahhh No Swan as that is exparte communication and is not acceptable. Bobby's father is a federal Judge and he is not involved with this case at all. I challenge you to prove your accusations of Judge Wake and if you can not do that I hope you can be honorable enough to apologize.

What else would explain the Desert Judge hanging it out that far, so far he got spanked by the 9th clerks? He would have imposed the Nicolau and almost did until one of the East lawyers told him he was out of his mind, and the NMB lawyers would "parachute" into his courtroom. Somebody got to Wake, he carried your water so far it got him into it, and man was it hot! I say it was somebody high up who talked him into it.
