Man, I wish I could get my hands on some S.S.#s. At least they weren't accused of something really bad like not finishing their DL!
The on,y ones accusing them of wrong doing are easties. So theyve done nothing wrong.

Your DL guy purposefully didnt complete a required course. He got what he deserved.

I did like the family photo though.

Really? They confessed, that's why they got fired, unlike the other ones, including a west guy that didn't finish?

Without disclosing any personal information can you guys give me an idea of the bottom captain out west? Thanks.
Johnny Mac is the bottom captain. But after 6 years we still have guys that were captains at the merger that are F/O's.

The company is screwing us, giving to you and usapa does nothing about it.

Did the people "harmed" file a grievance? or, no.

So, they picked up the info from human resources, thinking they were doing nothing wrong? They did not think it unusual, jumping through all those hoops? Nobody in HR is familiar with procedure? Someone in HR received a phone call from someone with horsepower releasing the information. It is horsepower person the AT is trying to hang.

I suspect the three pilots will be tossed under the bus if the ATs cannot prove to themselves that the executive released the information. I hope you guys have a plan B.

We've been through this a million times clear. We are both at or near our min fleet and separate ops until a joint RATIFIED contract. It's all in the TA, look it up.

Remember your jabs about LOA93? The downgraded and furloughs are your cost.

Anyway, thanks for the answer. I thought he was but uhaul threw me off by saying the bottom guy was great.

Grievance, smeivance. Are you not keeping up? They are west pilots, they don't have to go through the grievance procedures like the rest of us, they go to court.
They are about to get a gazillion dollars in damages, so I don't know why they are so angry. I didn't see anything about damages in the DJ suit, but AOL said it would be all over with it, and I think it was clear that was planning the celebration for USAPA's anniversary, so that must be when they are getting it.

Sorry.

It is apparent the grievance process had broken down long before US came on the scene, obvious when one sees how HR has pretty much displaced middle management in PHX. Contentious interactions seem a fact of life there. As HR only reports to the top, anytime the top gets an itch, he uses HR to scratch. Pathetic that human beings accept such atrocious behavior on the part of a corporation.

I was under the impression that the only busses we had coming were to replace the 737's. 12 or 13 next year seems to stick in mind, but cannot remember.
Close enough for government work...12 deliveries, all in the 2nd half. With a net gain of 40 on the headcount, sounds about right for the summer expansion of TA flying.

Wrong. We do file grievances. The problem is our current collective bargaining agent is now sitting on a RECORD number of grievances that the former CBA would have had adjudicated by now. Further, the ONE grievance that we had filed that has been addressed by the current CBA was the one where Tracy and USAPA threw the westies "under the bus" for the alleged DL overpayment. The easties have an alleged overpayment that was not surrendered to the company. Funny, huh?

Not angry, but supremely disappointed that it will take a court of law to make you do what is ethically, morally and legally binding. See you in court (because that is the only place that we seem to get fair and balanced treatment). USAPA & the USAPA faithful: The PARIAHS of the US Commercial Airline Pilot group.

Guys like you amuse me. There is a #### storm right around the corner with your name on
it and you keep jumping up yelling and screaming and waiving your arms saying "over here" "over here"
Just remember...the day you do catch on fire...no one will even pee on ya!!!

If they were going to be fired they would have been long ago.

Two three- inch company binders of info pertaining to USAPAs allegation and only 6 pages pertain to our three pilots.

It's all just a long, paid, holiday-filled vacation

What about the min block hour grievance? I thought USAPA filed, won and is in the process of trying to get the correct amount of money out of the company on that one.

We had a massive backlog of grievances with our former CBA. Is it the grievance folks or the folks on the other side of the table that came along at the same time? I really don't know the answer to that one.

Oh yea right. I forgot about that one! I just got the check from the company the other day! Oh wait....That was almost 3 YEARS ago, and surprise...surprise...surprise.....NO $$ yet. More delay, more delay, more delay (company with the help of USAPA, no doubt). USAPA's grievance backlog beats ALPA by MILES. The good news? USAPA officers are THE HIGHEST PAID in FPL history(many of whom work AT HOME on my dime)! BTW....don't you think it would make sense to have the "union" offices in the SAME city where the airline home offices are? Just an observation.

USAPA will go down in the history of Commercial Aviation as the largest "union" failure to EVER occur all because of the greed of a larger pilot group for what was perceived as unfair (It's all ALPA's fault!!!).
