Yea and you would have been down to that single PHX power house hub....not to mention the 25% of the flying you do now would not exist
Parker even said LAS doesn't work with high fuel prices. We know how you feel though. Sucks to be us but sucks worse to be you!!!

PS...what happens if we split....do you need us worse than we need you......BET YOUR ASS
Wow, living in BarristerWorld must be a ton of fun. The things you can make up and run with are limitless, especially when you avoid things like facts, history, etc.

How are the BOS and PIT hubs doing these days?

Go ahead and explain it "King of the One Liner"

You guys really don't research anything before you make your posts, do you. Pathetic.

I'm going to pass along a gift to you by having you look this up yourself. Maybe the effort will lead you to discover other things and shed an honest light on the situation you're in.

Cleary put out a comprehensive proposal recently as an all in with the company. Take that and compare it to our contract (you can dl it off of Wings) and you'll have your answers.

And I'll give you another morsel. Check out our vacation versus Cleary's proposal.

Best of luck. I look forward to seeing the fruits of your effort.

There will be no split. You and the other east pilots who can not except reality really need to get some help. The company provides assitance in that and its free so you do not need to worry about the added costs your LOA 93 pay would take if you went to a private shrink.....

If you read closely you can always tell when someone is pulling something outof their ass. Here ya go. What exactly has the NAC given up that the West has. Parker has already said we are hundreds of millions apart but you lamant everthing that the East NAC has given up....go ahead list them you idiot!!!!

STD/LTD
Crew meals
vacation bidding
Health care cost
Check airman agreement
Block hour mins
Scheduling provisions
Retro pay
These are the ones we know about let's see the language.

But hey as long as the east contract improves it is OK right. Give away the west bring up the east. The majority is happy no DFR, I guess in your convoluted world. It is real easy to prove that usapa did not represent the west fairly when you get 90% and we get 10% of the total contract. First question asked will be how many reps did the west have on the NAC. answer zero. How many east reps on the NAC 5. So how did usapa represent the west fairly when they never even asked what we wanted.

Ok clear, I'm going to take your word for all of this, but I have a question. The USAPA leaders say that the east scope and CofC provisions are much better than the west. If this is true, how will we "pay" to keep them? Should we?

If we were to take your contract, and our contract side by side and cherry pick the best of both there probably would be a billion dollar bill attached to it and I think we can agree that it won't fly. Take disability. I heard from one of your guys that should know that the ideal would be your short term and our long term. Sounds nice, but expensive. Something will have to give. Because of our sick and disability system I have worked to save about a years worth of sick leave. That's a hundred grand plus earned. A west friend of mine has about 30 hrs because he says he doesn't need it. So he has sick vacationed a lot while I didn't. Do I give that up? Does he get left hanging as he enters his 50's? Again, something has to give.

On one issue I will side with the west. We should have had west negotiators on the NAC all the time.

On the scheduling question, USAPA said at the CLT meeting that they accepted PBS. What are the other issues you are looking at there?

Now we know why last week's Special BPR "meeting ended at approximately 1700 ET as several Board members left for flights home, resulting in lack of a quorum." It must have been a tough day for Mike Cleary and why he ignored pilots on his early commute home to BOS to begin his 4-day weekend earlier than expected.

Hummmm????

I'm not following you. I heard it was the west group that left early because the meeting turned into a cluster and they went home. If they had the power and Cleary didn't, how did them leaving help him?

The typical USCABA Modus Operandi....when this don't go your way, pack up and go home early. Just like the last BPR meeting where it became obvious, USCABA is doomed.

Someone posted on here that it was the WEST members that packed up and went home. Are you calling them scabs?
