Gee hair Pi, that should sound familiar to you.

uhaul, I know you have separation issues, but I can't be here 24/7. I've been here too much anyway. You'll be okay, now run out and play in the sand box.

Was there some burning question I left unanswered with you?

Actually Phoenix, no you can't #### me. Maybe you should take that issue up with your boyfriend.

ALPA merger policy was written so it could be interpreted eight different ways from Sunday. Unless Nicolau engaged in fraud, his award is perfectly legal.

Stop drinking Jihadist flavored Kool Aid.

How bout you........got balls?

There it is!!! East fighting east openly on these boards.

Nice work KV. I hope this continues out east.

Well I undestand the company tore up a completed section of the contract (sec 10) after the LOA93 loss, that indicates they do not want a contract, which is fine we will live with LOA93 thanks to Doug Mowerys "wording" in it and the west will live with stagnation. There will be nothing to vote on for years or the next merge if there is one. Such is life. Silvers ruling is meaningless in any direction.

Running away for weeks at a time to pout? Ya, that's normal but I accept that about you.

Your question has been answered already.

Nic via a merger is fine by me.

Engage what? There's nothing to talk about. None of us in reality are interested in your cutsie little dollhouse games of who said this and who said that with a "gotcha."

Stings doesn't it, dude? "cutsie little dollhouse games" legal term?

Where did I say that oh master of the semantics?

Cost neutral? No. Cost impossible? Also no.
Oh, maybe from these...

If this is true, how will we "pay" to keep them?.....If we were to take your contract, and our contract side by side and cherry pick the best of both there probably would be a billion dollar bill attached to it and I think we can agree that it won't fly.....Something will have to give.....Again, something has to give.

That seems like someone who is resigned to having to give up something to get something else - the definition of "cost neutral"...

PI, I love the entertainment you provide. REally, why do you parse words with everyone and then turn around and break your own arm trying to pat yourself on the back. Truly comical you are, yes.

And who is this "Koontz" you speak of, he's not a phx rep. Please explain your logic. Do you know him personally? Why does he upset you so? I think you need a hug from 2CLT. This past week must have been rough on you. Happy Holidays!

Wasn't that USA320s list? You took his word? Really Jim.
What did I just say about jumping to conclusions....

Dear Fellow Pilot,

It appears from today's ITT News Update there is a new BPR order that controlled USAPA's recent BPR meeting.

They are: Jamie Wiedner (who has taken over in PHL for Eric Jordan) - PHL, Joe Stein - DCA, Pete Dugstad - DCA, David Braid - PHX, Eric Ferguson - PHX, and Roger Valez - PHX who controlled the BPR meeting with 6 votes versus Mike Cleary loyalists Steve Szpyrka - PHL, Mike Gillies - PHL, Bill McKee - CLT, Steve Crimi - CLT, and Dewitt Ingram - CLT with 5 votes.

Oh Captain Semantics.

Even the Kirby is not cost neutral. I define cost neutral as coming out of a joint contract with the pilot costs being the same as when you went in. That is not going to happen period. But I don't believe we can get a contract that would deliver a billion dollar a year tab to the company either. Do you?

Fact: I never said cost neutral.

Am I spelling his name wrong, because we all know who he is. And yes I have dealt with his personally.

Actually, I've had a pretty good week. Happy Holidays to you and when you get around to it I'm interested in your vision for the future. Details please.

There's one of them on military leave. Another one is a F/O on the East. Hmmm...I wonder which one PI is talking about

True, those specific words weren't in your post but if I said that you all should accept the worst of each contract I could claim to have never said "cost negative"...

BTW, "cost neutral" without a reference means nothing. When Parker was initially using it, it was in reference to the two contracts in place at the time (pre-Kirby). "Cost neutral" now, without any reference, would be understood to reference the Kirby, since it's still on the table as far as I know.
