More than a few, but I have to give you credit for admitting you have been wrong, that's better than uhaul.

DOH-currently being litigated.
Snapback? What snapback? That term is very specific and wasn't argued. The freeze language was, but it's dead. Thing is, you said it was dead about a year ago.
It's so being litigated that Cleary came looking for compromise.

LMAO.

You can scream "not fair" from the roof tops, but it DOES NOT change the fact that the Nicolau Award is the only legal list that the company must use.

Wow. Facts. What is the little event going on in PHX? Why are we having a judge decide if it is fact? I think a couple of judges in SFO might disagree with you.

I think you have spent too much time with a certain guy who is sitting home getting paid. The one that regularly put out facts like the one that you won in SFO because they didn't lift the injunction.

LOA93 was out long before TP announced it. CIRP was activated. We had $400m in the bank in 2005. And we had numerous profitable quarters.

Do I need to pull the earnings? Don't you trust me?

So it looks like I'm 100%.

At least you are good for entertainment value if not facts. I showed you everyone of them, and you change it around. Please, keep posting.

Drop a zero off of that 400million and you will be real close.

More USAPA Key Committee Resignations: December 15, 2011

Rumors are circulating in the CLT Crew Room that newly appointed NAC members Pat Day and Manny Lopez have resigned from the committee effective January 1, 2102. I find it interessting that these two pilots (who are part of the FOC group and were on the committee for a few months) announced their resignaton on December 15 and made the resignation effective January 1, 2012. Furthermore, the last NAC-US Airways negotiating sessions were held the week of December 5, 2011.

I wonder what Day are Lopez and doing from December 9 through December 31, 2011?

I would imagine they are enjoying the holiday season with their families.

Does it really matter?? The negotiating committee could stay home year round and nobody would notice.

Chip, the rats are fleeing as fast as they can. Cleary is the best president the west could have hoped for.

Why don't you just thank them for their service and wish them a merry Christmas and a happy new year? If they resigned they must have had a reason and why would you question what they are doing? If we had any nac members from the west who resigned I would also thank them for their service. By the way ...what are you doing from Dec.9th through Dec. 31, 2011........I think we already know but it would be good to hear it from you.

Merry Christmas,

Bob

What exactly am I thanking Capt. Pat (Blue Vein Throbber) Day for? His contribution to this disaster. I'll thank him if there comes a day for damages to be awarded to the west.

So what is the bumpkin missing here???? Oh wise educated one??

If you were so wise, you would know better than to even hint at asking a bumpkin any of his secrets to making shine, those are warring words right thar...

Nah,

Secret be 'ta right touch 'a molasses fer the mash, that 'n plenty good cool water fer dem coils boy.

Age 'er fer tree days and BAM! Whoo Hoo, nuttin' like some smoooth shine! Best 'ta hide it from Ma cuz she don' like it none when da boys come over fer a nip an' start 'a talkin' 'bout dat Nicolau feller!

😉

I understand Pay Day and Manny Lopez sent an email to the Officers and the BPR yesterday announcing their resignation. The email indicated the NAC "was a one man committee," which is why they resigned.
