PI Brat and the rest of the USAPA excuse makers, read the above link again and tell me how you feel having basically five years wasted. Thanks.

P.S. Some of you easties are just plain nuts. Enjoy your self- induced LOA93 hell.

Unbiased facts, I mean questions. Really?

What is it that you want me to ready? They are the closed out sections from ALPA. The current attorney says that a new CBA has the right to negotiate all sections of the contract and the company seems to be agreeing on all but 22, and on that they claim to be asking for clarification.

fifidriver posted about a person's integrity. What do you posts say about you. Angry bomb laden ones. "Enjoy your self-induced LOA 93 hell". etc.

Your lawyers say it will be over soon. Try to relax.

Oh now hair Pi. Just because someone doesn't agree with doesn't mean they're wrong.

You should have learned that in first grade.

And you should have learned in the physc ward that when someone proves your "facts" are wrong that closing your eyes and saying "yes the are!" doesn't make it so. Now, get lost kid, you bother me.

That's just it, my track record is solid.

Just because it doesn't sit with your paradigm doesn't make it wrong.

Keep up.

Your concern is touching uhaul, but I'm fine. Looking forward to April when this will be "over".

Section 22 is over, brat- it just takes people of your caliber five or so years to figure it out. The rest of us already knew that. We all look forward to your eventual enlightenment...

19. Investigation and Discipline T/A - 12/7/05
20. Grievances T/A - 12/7/05
21. System Board of Adjustment T/A - 12/7/05
22. Seniority T/A - 11/30/05

I love it... sections 19-22 weren't even open, all handled by the T/A. Guess seniority isn't like crew meals afterall.

Feeling a little used out east?

So what your saying, is that since someone put T/A next to a section, that section can't be touched again? T/A meaning Tentatively Agreed upon. And since it is Tentatively Agreed to, neither party can go back and change or mix things around????

Wow I guess we have a bigger lawsuit to file, as I believe the company did just that multiple times during the Bk's, and People like CHIPSTER, couldn't wait to vote on each declining revision. Seemed as though as soon as management put something on the table, and ALPA came back with an OK OK OK, Management figured that was to easy, there's more to take, and stated "Offer no longer on the table for that, we are revaluating things...."
Don't have inkling to go look up, but think there was an update one time about, as fast as the MEC could fax a response to the company in acceptance, the company had already changed their minds.

So by your thinking, contract is a done deal. Can't change anything........think again.

Mr Furloughee, it is quite simple. Look at sections 19-22 and then look at section 6 and tell me the difference.

Answer: section 6 was closed out for negotiations, sections 19-22 were closed out the day the TA was signed. Now, do you see a difference? Didn't think so, you're about as sharp as PIB and need a court (Silver) to tell you this five years after the fact. But, like PIB, the west will gladly welcome your tardy enlightenment delivered on a silver spoon from district court...
