You're a terrible liar, we all see that, along with the moderators.

Like I told you before, drop this line of comments and we can try and get along.

No, I'm not. I was referring to LOA93 but you, of course, thought otherwise.

At least you went out with me.

How about, for the new year, you thinken your skin and grow a pair. If you can't, then move on.

No one likes a snitch. And no one likes someone who runs to the mods to fight his battles.

Naw.....how bout for the new year you learn to play within the rules of the board and we won't have this problem. I admit that I have been out of bounds in the past, but I can stay inside the lines....can you?

Mr rule-follower himself. I follow them just fine. You just cry to the mods a bit too much.

Can't wait to see you flip out again.

Business Intelligence Committee Final Update & Chairman's Resignation Letter

Dear Subscriber,

Back of The Trip Sheet Update for December 26, 2011: This month USAPA Business Intelligence Committee Chairman John Owens provided the BPR an industry pilot pay, pilot productivity, mainline expense & revenue, and airfare analysis and then he resigned from the Committee. Should the BPR provide important committee updates to the membership or keep the pilots in the dark?

Owens pretty much nailed it in his swan song letter. The NAC and Cleary have been lying to the members for years. DiOrio and gang are showing up unprepared, unshaven, and often without a professional negotiator in the room (per the CBL.)

Look at the facts...our NAC's supposed positions of "industry standard" are not even close to the truth. Just look at John's charts. I have already missed my prediction of us being parked by Christmas..but is coming. The Mediator has had enough of USAPA's unprofessional and unprepared fun and games. The Company knows the cost of every offer on the table. USAPA could not be bothered, asking for over 1B up front. Get real.

Funny thing is, Cleary is putting out the message that "others" are trying to give away seniority ("working with the West") while he has been spinning his wheels for almost three years. The biggest challenge to a DOH list is a new merger without a combined contract East and West. That ship has sailed...so all the 1999 hires out East that Cleary is courting for his election votes don't even realize they are already screwed. No way straight DOH is going to survive a third party merger.

Or equal representation of the West per the Transition Agreement, isn't that right RR78?
