.....when the USAPA reps came to PHX before the vote that was one of their campaign promises. It's on one of those may videos...maybe you didn't watch them?

Now there is an interesting story! You guys must have really been worried about Bradford getting on the stand because he mysteriously "disappeared" from USAPA leadership a month early from the written terms of service as the Wizard of uSAPa. So yes, it came as a surprise to the whole pilot group that when the heat got turned up he scurried out of the spotlight in haste. Can't stick around for a silly trial can we? No worries, we got all the written evidence we needed without the little man making a court appearance. But, it makes you wonder, what was he so afraid of? What secrets was he hiding? Hmmm.
Now that you are coming to the end of the road, a dead end all of us out west were telling you about, what are you going to to next? The only option is to stall this as long as you can which I can see you stupid enough to do while your family loses 30, 40 or 50k a year. Nice. You guys are geniuses and Parker is so proud of your anti-union union.

Great avatar. One thing you guys might want to remember is that next time you might want to name your effort after a WINNING force. You do recall the Leonidas was wiped out and killed in a battle with a much more powerful force?

On second thought, your choice is appropriate. And the Nic IS binding. It's binding on ALPA to be presented as a negotiating position. Nothing more. No ALPA, No Nic.

You and hp fa have given a lot of bad advice on this forum and poor insight. You two were the leaders in causing 2 million dollars worth of wasted legal fees and 175 west pilot furloughs. At least hpfa had the sense to leave.

But I have spoken to your Steve Crimi and he agreed the time line was six months. But you don't have to believe that either.

As for the new Captain Bradford...I hope he's enjoying his new upgrade and LOA 93, as for being a good union pilot....all that's expected of any pilot is what? Paying your dues and contacting your reps, going to meeting and voting?

Argument for replacing ALPA. With separate ratification there is a stale mate and we will never get to a contract.

ALPA 11.5 months voted out because they could not get a contract. 8 months of that the east MEC refused to come to the table.

USAPA has had 33 months to break the stale mate and we are further away today then we were under ALPA. When are you guys guys going to hold usapa accountable? usapa has has 3 times the amount of time and produced less.

when will you admit that usapa can not break the stale mate?

Clear, I make typos too..I just found it amusing that this particular one lives in replies to your post.

Despite what some here have said, USAPA never promised a contract in any timeframe..I challenge you to find an official communication during the Campaign stating as such.

We are not really in a stalemate..things are moving forward ever so slowly, stuck in low gear since summer of 2008 with the filing of the Addington case. It is what it is.

Sit back and enjoy some time with your family, or your crew (in my case) over the Holidays. We have all picked our Avatars (our legal teams) and nothing is going to change because of anything that happens on this forum.

I like a little give and take as much anyone on this forum..but yikes….the exchanges of late make me wish for the days of the cornfield (the one even I could get thrown into!) My favorite was getting banned for talking about my “child bride” Sue Storm. Classic! (as in comic books )
