I'm not mixing terms at all. The west pilots' pre-merger career expectations were much brighter and healthier than any furloughed pilot on the east. You can disagree until the cows come home, but at least I have a highly respected neutral arbitrator who has stated the same; what indepent, respected experts do you have who claim the same as you?
A junior west pilot had the benefit of working for Doug Parker who has been the industry's most vocal advocate for consolidation, mergers and acquisitions. As CEO of AWA he managed his airline and kept it out of bankruptcy while most of his peers jumped into court protection to keep their compaies from liquidation. I believe that it was a foregone conclusion that Parker would lead a merger to strengthen AWA and provide more opportunities for those who were working for him. If you are going to to tie your balloon strings to any airline CEO over the past decade, Parker would be your number one or number two choice if you are thinking objectively.
There is and was no windfall to the west. How many times do I have to demonstrate that to you? Last time I asked you to give your definitions of what constitutes a windfall and then I proved by your own definition that this did not occur with the NIC. If there was a windfall then it would have long ago been proven by Management refusing to accep the list or the east MEC successfully overturning the award. Just because you can't accept the plain and simple facts does not mean your skewed interpretation is valid.
You want to discuss the Bible? I'm good with that. I have Master's-level training from a highly respected and accredited conservative seminary. Got all As too (and way harder coursework than my Bachelors' and Masters' degrees I attained in business administration from secular schools). . So, your point was what again?
