I am not suggesting that with Hummel, that the list goes strictly DOH, there has to be a fair solution that we can find. I do believe that with a changing of the guard at USAPA, there is room to try and work something out to get us out of this quagmire.

I think it would be a good idea for you guys to delay Silver's decision, if possible, and see what the Hummel team wants to work on. After all, Hummel was accused of having a connection with Ferguson. Again, once Silver makes her decision, you guys are out of cards to play and are just along for the ride.

What is it about you east guys and wanting delay? Are you confident in the usapa argument? If so get your answer that usaspa can negotiate and move forward. The west is confident in our arguments and want the court to answer. Why would be need anymore cards if the game is over.

What is Hummel going to offer? His handlers (Ciabattoni, Rowe) were the ones that threatened your MC with recall if they moved off DOH.

And if negs and arb failed, what will Hummel do differently?

I've a perhaps misplaced, charitable need to relieve you of any such a burden. It's hardly the case any such implication was made, but your ability to so "translate" affords some very reasonable aspersions to the notion of being, in any evidenced way; "just a little smarter than the average bear". I'd gently suggest avoiding any long walks into deeply wooded areas.......

It amazes me that when you want to play dumb you are good at it, but you can be sharp as a tack when needed.
