Unbiased Facts Update (Out of Control Union Taxation): April 13, 2012
Dear Subscriber,
Update for April 13, 2012
Quick Fact #233: In the event of a merger announcement, USAPA could assess every pilot $100 immediately, in addition to raising dues by ½% to 2.45%. All of this would be in addition to a possible extension of the PIC assessment. US Airways pilots are already burdened with highest dues and assessments in the country with zero economic gains to show for it. Should we continue this trend or change course?

Don't change partners in the middle of the dance breeze. You know it's coming and you admitted to it as well.Pardon me...but, yeah, the NIC is dead....not going to ever be used.
breeze
That is correct. Our attorneys have been in contact with APAs counsel.
Ummm, we are going for it.Ferg 2005 DOH and in the bottom 75 at America Loser West can be Captain under Nic.
Junior Cap AMR 1992
Go for it
incorrect.
It favored the east by giving them the first 500+ slots.

Sorry breeze, but it was highly productive and both sides took it seriously.I am sure that is true.....I am sure APA is talking to all envolved. They probably left your meeting thinking and laughing about how they have to keep you junior guys in your places.
breeze
Accurate, to the point, honest....LOL!!!
Now that's weak!!!![]()

USAPA? Not so much.
And "envolved"?
Ummm, we are going for it.
Slotted integration ala the Nic using Nic and the APAs list and fences.
Tah dah!
With your history of screwing each other it's more of a possibility that you vote the Nic in than not.
East is proof of that...Oh well...people will believe what suits them, I suppose.
The Ninth said there would an unquestionably ripe DFR if USAPA is stupid enough to include a DOH seniority integration in the T/A it sends out, if that's what you're referring to. Sorry to break it to you, but you won't get enough NO votes to hold the NIC at bay. But on the off chance you do, the company will call for a 30-day cooling off period, the pilots will be released, the smart ones will watch the pitiful picket line crumble in an hour or so (from their cockpits) and they will immediately vote in whatever is slid under their noses in a NY minute.I can't find anywhere in the transition agreement where the American pilots get to vote on our contract and thus allowing the NIC to be used. Voting is a type of check and balance for the award. Refer to the ninth and what they said if you wish.
Look at you you cheeky thing. Someone came out to play today!Just like you have "gone for it" since the NIC came out?
Jeez.....we better regroup in the East...this sounds like a tidal wave coming in....NOT!
