The reality so far has been no NIC! Relative positions with fences would have worked just fine. Too late now. Have a coke!
Sure would have. If you guys had taken our offer instead of disengaging and requesting arbitration it would have worked just fine. Too late now.

Ask one of your MC members how your MEC pulled them from talks and decided that going all in with an arb was the better strategy.

You are still living in the past, my friend. The ninth tried to warn you. Prater tried to warn you. Alas, we are where we are. But I have no doubt that AAA will demand relative position. It's only right.

The ninth did nothing of the sort. You guys should have taken the hint for Wake.

Prater was a putz looking for an easy way out and failed. He was shown the door.

And relative seniority is correct with the Nic and APAs list. Glad you're catching on.

Unbiased Facts Update (Special PHL Domicile Election to Determine BPR's Balance of Power): April 16, 2012

Dear Subscriber,

Update for April 16, 2012

Quick Fact #243: The Special PHL Domicile Election closes on Thursday, April 19, 2012. Clearly a vote for Paul Music will cause political grid lock between the BPR and Officers. Even committee reports like the one from the Grievance Committee are meant to manipulate and influence this election. If the pilots are satisfied with the results, political manipulation, and cronyism of the past 3 years, then Paul Music is the obvious choice. If not the pilots of PHL should vote accordingly.

You can't be serious. You guys lose the RICO, snapback, MDA - still have the ripeness issue of the Addington DFR hanging over your heads. DJ ruling most likely not going your way very soon, this new fiasco on the appeals board election about to bite you in the ass.... yet you think the west is desperate. You're a hoot!

Rating: 10
Ames,

I just noticed you scored a perfect 10 for your post. Congrats! Even the judge from East Germany gave you a ten.

That's for the folks who paper bid and think the wall is still dividing Berlin

I'm afraid NIC will not be usable, but a relative position 3 way list is possable, in which case you would come out better than with the NIC.

I'm afraid the three way list scenario is. Otho g more than a wet dream for you.

The Nic will be used for SLI and slotting will be the method with APAs list.

Make peace with it now.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

Simple: One had a job in a growing company. One was furloughed from a company about to liquidate. Had you been allowed to liquidate (as mostf wish you had) the #1 pilot on your list would have been right next to that 16 year furloughed guy applying for a job at the bottom of someone's list.

I know what's coming next from you.... blah blah blah - Parker said AWA would have gone BK without the merger, blah blah blah. The truth is (and we all know it), had US Airways liquidated the entire industry would have benefited and that possibility of BK for AWA (however misstated) would have been moot.

You of all people (a staunch supporter of reneging on binding arbitration) should really stop harping on the moral equation of the Nicolau list. You confuse morality with your own general opinion.

Obviously, all you can think about is yourself.....I mean, re-read your post!

Cmon, Move......just like the West pilots, Wake is an ametuer with only regional experience. He tried to control the court with the only interest of protecting his home town boys. That is why the 9th threw his case out.....too biased. He couldn't make the ruling that he did because it wasn't ripe......he crossed a line there.

Those pay rate are nice but we got "no NIC!"

Yeah, we have seen those kind of rates at USAir in the past. Had it not been for the greed of the West pilots wanting to leap frog 15 yrs in seniority, who knows where we would be today.

Obviously, this is what the East pilots are willing to give up to protect their seniority. What a shame.....and Parker loves it.
