Well JUNEBUG, you got us thrown off the AA board, Claxon has a good point, I think we will be statring all over, the west senior pilots are getting tired of you kids and want to move foward.

Yes the senior west pilots want to move forward. That would be with the Nicolau list. With the contract Parker offered the mid level and up east pilots are going to want to move forward with the merged seniority list. Using Nicolau will make that easy and quick with no chance of a law suit.

The only people that are going to scream will the the furloughed east pilots that want more than they have. They will get very little sympathy at $119 per hour as an F/O and they want to hold up 12,000 pilots so they can make $125 as a captain. This time the 500-600 AFO are going to be the very small minority.

I've noticed you lack the words to express what you did.

1) What "source" was "changed"? That you had no answers isn't my issue.

That seems to be the course one Judge Wake took. What do you call it when a local judge memorializes a list, and then an appellate court de-memorializes it? A 9th job! 😀

That is a most assuring statement. Makes everyone feel better because that is the exact pathway to understanding the TWA pilots took with the APA, and as you are aware, they received a most charitable reception as well as outcome.

But...Sigh!...You overlook the "obvious" sir, that being the fact that, as has been so often expressed here; "The rest of the world" not only completely agrees with and entirely supports the west folk, but needs must be ready to provide them all a speedy coronation and enthronement above their own people. 😉 Their "generosity" with the TWA people notwithstanding......

Of course; it's possible that the APA may be a bit more "generous" this time. After all....THEY are the ones Dear Dougie promised to be furlough free, while NOTHING of the sort has even been hinted at for the US people.

We don't have furloughed east pilots, were hiring. Your NIC is gone as our DOH get use to it Skippy, over five years for a draw, it's been fun though. 😉 I think the 1500 furloughed AA pilots will go ahead of alot of west pilots don't you?

In fairness to discussion though; I feel it necessary to note that I've had enjoyable, mutually respectful and sane conversations with many decent west folk, and that I intend no usage of any universal, "wide brush" within any observations. Unfortunately, precious few of those folks waste any of their time here 😉

Gasp!..You can NOT, for even an instant, be suggesting that the APA will "look out for their own", rather than immediately and enthusiastically embracing the "righteousness" of the nic/the west, for that matter ANY of us to their heart? 😉
