That right there is the reason that the majority does not get to decide what is fair and how a list id integrated. The reason the majority does not get to decide what C&R protect the minority.

The reason why a DFR will be won by the west. Furloughing a line holding captain that brought a job while retaining a formally furloughed F/O. a judge or jury will see right through that.

BTW furloughing a west captain to retain an east F/O is wanting something form the west.

You're right, rocket scientist, watching your peers at other airlines get captain on the widebodies while you were stuck on the narrowbodies for years longer is a peach of a career. Then there's LOA 93...and all those jobs that were replaced by Express and shrinkage...sure sounds like a dream come true...



Yep, you've got their backs alright - wanting to allow those f/o's to jump to captains on the backs of the West. So don't even try to convince me that no one on the East wants anything from the West. By arguing for DOH you're admitting that East wants the West attrition and upgrades. Doesn't matter how many times you say otherwise, your actions reveal your true intentions - take from the West and Give to the East.

Trying to explain anything to people with thick heads is a waste of time however I will try once more even though I already know it doest get thru to the thick headed.

The company merged for a reason which means seperate ops was not what they wanted. They also want to merge again but can't because of labor (mostly east pilots). No airline will touch this place with these labor issues so if they are not worked then the only thing left is to liquidate. There the other carriers could pick and choose what slots, gates and routes it wanted but make quite sure you understand that pilots will NOT be part of their deal.

The management team has no intention of seperate ops and their move to the courts should be a crystal clear indicator to all what direction the company is moving.

I know its hard for the clueless but try your best.

You need to check that cocky attiude Jr!! The company has already made a move to bring final resolution to this issue. Seperate ops are NOT in their plans. They have asked the courts some very telling questions some of which have obvious answes to anyone willing to look beyond their own emotions.

If they made that move someone needs to tell the F/A's, because right now all indications with the companies latest offer is not a hurry to put anything together, that is if you can see past your emotions! MM!

Settle down Junior Bird Man. You don't know crap what the Company actually wants, and neither does USAPA. But we on the East, having actually been through a few completed mergers, know the deck is always stacked against us. That is why in the process of losing our retirements and selling our souls to keep this place running, we made darn sure the next time we had a seat at the merger table. Parker will do what he thinks best, and he will do so within the full context of our Scope. We know he is worried, he already said he would craft any deal to get around those restrictions.

But he won't get around them without dealing with the East contract. Since you chose not to get on board and enjoy the benefits of our hard earned Scope, you might be left out when the going gets tough. If you are, you will spend the rest of your career playing Fantasy League Seniority in your den, always looking at that number you never were able to cash in. Maybe you can plug in your Xbox, and fly the wide body you always wanted.

Everything might just work out okay for all of us, who knows. But my experience says otherwise.

You guys really need to let that wide body thing go. It is always the east that brings it up not the west. Besides it is not that much flying compared to the rest of the airline. You guys seem to be the ones wound up about it.

It is most likely your next set of choices will not come from USAPA, but from Management. One money losing crew base and no scope. We may all go down the tubes anyway, but your choice to go commando on scope is enigmatic. People do strange things when they think they have a winning lottery ticket, but cannot cash it.

Are you talking about trying to get DOH? I would call tha a losing lottery ticket.

What marching orders do the east come to Wye river with? Get DOH/LOS.

I continue to ask but never get a response. We all know what you want from the west.

What were you willing to GIVE? A compromise means give and take. So far all we have ever seen from the east is TAKE. What would you GIVE?

Well the difference between you and I is I dont think with or bring emotion into business. I can't speak on the negotiations with the f/a's other than to say that they will drag it out for only so long. They have come back low so that the f/a will meet them in the middle by lowering their expectations. Business negotiations 101 Jr.

Now do you care to answer my question on how usapa gets to an end game should the DJ get dismissed?? I dont really think that it will but do you have an answer? Not your usual emotional fear ridden response either please. Something rational please.

9 or fragmentation, but hey tuche, they saved us remember, with oil forecasts for next year in triple digits it will be sooner than you think!MM! Maybe we can sell some of those valuable WEST SLOTS to stay afloat!

Please post any credible information that you have about the profitability of the separate domiciles? The company does not report that way so you have no clue.

Hope that you short timers have all your bills paid from that outstanding LOA 93. But if you are all so set for retirement or company collapse than you don't need this job right? But if you don't need this job why the big fight to become captain? Our best bet is the deal we all made, binding arbitration. You see we do not want a contract that usapa would bring.

Separate ops we still have min fleet and a better contract. We still get the place in time anyway. We just don't have to deal you you guys. So the sooner you guys leave, retire the better everyone will be.

May I ask how you mean Jr., as in a person younger than you but far senior to you mentally,or a person junior to you on DOH list

and still far senior to you mentally. Just checking....thanks, we like to know how we stand.

Yet another emotional fear ridden response from you. First of all the time you have left before you must retire is of no consequence one way or the other. Second if it fails all your buddies in the east are flat out on the street as well as that sword cuts both ways my friend! The company is not broken down into east and west, that's something that the employees use as a feel good divider so stating that the west is unprofitable is irrelevant. The company would be unprofitable as whole. I have to remember who and what I am talking to and that you state things that make you feel good but are of zero value outside of that.

I dont have to tell you whats best because its out of your hands and will be delivered upon you like the word of GOD! The arbitration that your fourth rate attys Seham and Grannath told you they could get you out of is about to blow up in all your faces and folks like me will be coming to collect on the debt you own! What you feared the most in the east was us in the west coming here at taking from you and that's just what I plan to do. I plan to recoup off the east now!! The fate of you and your east brothers and sister is almost sealed then baby, here we come and in packs!!
