You're right, rocket scientist, watching your peers at other airlines get captain on the widebodies while you were stuck on the narrowbodies for years longer is a peach of a career. Then there's LOA 93...and all those jobs that were replaced by Express and shrinkage...sure sounds like a dream come true...



Yep, you've got their backs alright - wanting to allow those f/o's to jump to captains on the backs of the West. So don't even try to convince me that no one on the East wants anything from the West. By arguing for DOH you're admitting that East wants the West attrition and upgrades. Doesn't matter how many times you say otherwise, your actions reveal your true intentions - take from the West and Give to the East.

Why is that really any of your business? That was a direct comment to that person and I failed to see how you got involved. DOH is not even part of that conversation but I do realize that its the east's pipe dream. Where you stand is exactly where you think you are, nothing more nothing less.

If you want to somethng worth while, attempt to rationally answer the question.

Yet another emotional fear ridden response from you. First of all the time you have left before you must retire is of no consequence one way or the other. Second if it fails all your buddies in the east are flat out on the street as well as that sword cuts both ways my friend! The company is not broken down into east and west, that's something that the employees use as a feel good divider so stating that the west is unprofitable is irrelevant. The company would be unprofitable as whole. I have to remember who and what I am talking to and that you state things that make you feel good but are of zero value outside of that.

I dont have to tell you whats best because its out of your hands and will be delivered upon you like the word of GOD! The arbitration that your fourth rate attys Seham and Grannath told you they could get you out of is about to blow up in all your faces and folks like me will be coming to collect on the debt you own! This was answered in one of the latest legal briefs filed. The TA will be rewritten /amended legally, and the company will then have the protection they desire.

That's a fair ask and it deserves a fair response. The answer is no I am not proud because you represent the collective and as such we are both in the same jackpot. Yes I make more by the east standard but less by the industry standard. The east is not the measuring stick and we both know that. I want or better I NEED your pay raised so that I can get mine raised as well but not at the price you want me to pay for it.

I hear the footsteps of DFR2 coming up behind you. USAPA can't do it just to harm the West. I'm not even sure if USAPA can do it since the West pilots are a party to the TA.

You guys really need to let that wide body thing go. It is always the east that brings it up not the west. Besides it is not that much flying compared to the rest of the airline. You guys seem to be the ones wound up about it.

If you consider the int'l division of usairways employed 609 pilots on the last EAST BID, not much flying! that's close to 30% of the whole WEST! MM!

Interesting. Ok so the plan is to do this rewrite in hopes that the usapa can bring certain harm to the west for the benefit of the east while at the same time offering indemnity to the company. Wow that's good, what even better is you think that a court would actually buy it. The motives are so clear here that it would take very little to even defend against it. You guys would have an easier time passing thru the eye of needle than getting out of that arbitration and in the end thats what its all about. That makes this rewrite as transparent as new glass.
