Separate operations is the way to go. ALPA has just tried to distance themselves from the west in the MDA law suit. ALPA agrees with USAPA.

The west had nothing to lose and everything to gain. They got greedy big time. They should have listened to J. Freund. All the risk is on the west side of the transaction. They were younger and smarter than J. Freund and they sent him home at Wye River. Bad move...big mistake!

HATE, you gotta luv that last AOL flyer, the 25% reduction part, isn't that what there flying EAST now and what happen to the PHX hub where is that 25% reduction come from? The HUB that's a FLUB, it is why they need the NIC leapfrogging over the BACKS of EAST jobs 25% to them is roghly 500 jobs or THEIR 10 years of their own attrition imagine that! AWA320, you had 175 west pilots furloughed because of your greed, nick would be the list now but because of your greed it was put on a shelf and the shelf life expired. Your members are revolting because of your sad legal reps. What is your next brilliant move? Maybe claiming your residence for tax purposes to avoid your taxes.

WRONG!!!! I was in the room at all meetings with the exception of wye river, Greed was an east concept not west we said slot you said DOH so remind me again just who was greedy?? I worked for a major before while you were on furlough at a twice bankrupt carrier that ws fuloughed to 40%. We were hiring in in 04 while you were still furloughing remember???

Even West Captains married to company EVPs won't be able to make that happen. It sucks that your lottery ticket couldn't be cashed, just like Kirby told you two years ago. If you had listened then you could have saved a couple o' mil.
