Of course not. The Utility workers went on strike decades ago in PHL and the pilots have been crossing the utility picket line ever since, doing struck utility work (..no really, its true. Really...).

Loa 93 grievance results will not be announced until after the first of the year, even though the decision was made in October, figure it out.

The Declaratory Relief complaint filed by the company will be dismissed before the end of the year, but the timing will allow the company to appeal after the first of the year. Figure it out.

You have your choice of priorities over the holidays. You have your choice between the company or your family. You can prioritize your family first and the company second just by following your contract. Do not forget though, if you put the company first you will get a 50 bonus before taxes.

Speaking of wisdom from great CEO's you should be careful about driving after celebrating during the upcoming holidays. I mean this sincerely, even your own great leader made a mistake. For you paid what the market calls for employees, if it happens to a great leader like doug, it could surely happen to you.

Incorrect the utility department was phased out in BK2 the members voted yes to accept the separation with a buy out if I remember correctly.

In Chapter 11 part 2 our CBA was abrogated, Utility was eliminated at the line, it was in the final offer that the membership had to vote on per Judge Mitchell. There was no buyout, they got laid-off and got their normal severance pay.
