Ummmm no. I'll be left seat in a wide body ...

Hey Freighter,

I will be too. From $85.29 to A-330 Blockholding Captain in the next 10 years. Yep, that is called attrition. The asset that the East has. NO problem, bring on LOA 93 til 2011........

Good for you.

I need to wait till 2023 before I can hold a Captain block on the 330.

Best of luck trying to ratify that Nic.....

No misery. A lot of us on the East just bid into the 76I Capt and F/O positions
You mean those 8 76I openings - 4 captains & 4 F/O. That sure is a lot of people getting on the widebody. Of course, the F/O's don't make more than a West captain with half the LOS, so you're down to 4.

Jim

So you traded Stephan for Cleary. ....

My bet is Prater felt a lot more grief over being replaced (and loosing the dues) than Stephan ever dreamt of. But we could debate all day about which one of them was more beneficial to USAPA. Let's not leave out Lance, and Bebe, and...

BB has got it right. A new contract gets everyone a raise and better working conditions. Separate ops gets a very few a little bump but the working conditions don't change.

And for the guys that are already on the airplane making top of the bottom scale. What is in it for them? They get to retire at the lowest in the industry and give up their seat for you.

All of you attrition fodder. Thank usapa and the angry F/O's when you leave.

For many East Pilots, East attrition means seat change and move up, more $$$, and better quality of life. NIC on the other hand, equates to a $10 per hour raise for the next 10 years and stagnation as West Pilots move East in droves to capture Captain positions. It's a no brainer. If the East attrition isn't an issue for the West, well, then DOH with C&R's isn't a big deal.......So for many, a lower wage and better quality of life is better than an even lower wage for the next 10 years while attaining that 30 year FO seat that NIC provided.

Separate OPs even with LOA 93 is a better option for many, than NIC and 30 years in the right seat.........

$85 to $124 is better than $85 to $95..........1 body a day minimum leaving in 2 years or less for the East.........Yeah, it's the ATTRITION!!!!!

How many a330 captain jobs are there? $160/hour, less than all other narrow body major airlines.

How many 75/76 captain jobs are there? $144/hour, less than all awa captains make when you factor in 30% higher compensation workrules.

How many 320/73 captain jobs are there? $124/ hour, less than most senior fo's at every other major airline.

Yep you guys are a bunch of winners, with 16 a330's 150 of you will be captains making $160 an hour while the other 2700 make less than $124 with the worst work rules in the industry. Doug Parker thanks you "men of genius" daily.

Why don't you show your work? The Nic. has 3 east pilots in between every west pilot, you get 75% of all movement so how is your scenario possible? BTW you assume no contractual raises for 10 years, but don't mention you could have had $163 for narrow body captain and $110 for narrow body foback in 2007 (kirby plus 10% as testified in court). Make sure to not let the truth get your way.

Its better for you and the angry baby fo club but not for the guy who is sitting in the left seat with 7 of more years left!! Yeah I am sure he's willing to keep up the buck 24 an hour for the remainder of hos career all for the angry babies. :stupid:

Another call to rally the hoped for silent majority to your cause.

Hasn't it sunken in yet that no other East poster, well except for 924ps, has joined the cause?

How's the recall going - can you even manage that?
...and the only reason the boy from psa backs you is so he can push one of your own out and commute to calif. easier. I guess he will fit right in screw'n everyone

he can.

why is it Clear and Aqua and a few other west posters all they try to do is convince the EAST that we should accept the NIC and sign onto a new contract.
My Dad always told me be carefull if someone is trying to influence you... if so , probably not a good deal for you.

Why don't you just keep it zipped and let this play out?

I keep hearing these dates 2021,2030 etc. Does anyone think Parker the board or the stockholders are going to let this go on for ever.

I wouldnt be surprised if in a year or less that we are told" solve your problem or else". Else being selling off east and west to the

highest bidder. American could take the east and get the strength on the east and southeast that they want. Mesa might be

interested in the west, They could even call it Grande Mesa.
