IF Parker decides to attempt a merger with AA (or anyone else) prior to finishing court proceedings (YEARS), AND USAPA drops the DOH on the MERGER desk......what do you suppose the odds are that an injunction will be filed in a NY second to prevent your actions? I'd say pretty darn good. Your scenario goes from A to C.......but you for got about B. B as in "Boy, you must be kidding me!"


loa 93 grievance success zero chance, resolve of the east pilots post decision, 100 percent. Declaratory judgment, 100 percent chance that the company will be told to leave it up to the pilots union to decide.

Identity theft results, 100 percent chance three or more pilots will be fired. 100 percent chance that the army of lyingitas will be bankrupt because of this.

Chances of US airways assets to be split up, American will get the East side, republic the west PHX base. 100 percent

American Airlines and the East will be run separate for 6 years, most East pilots will be gone by then. Republic, Frontier and the former america west pilots seniority will be decided within a year.
 
I don't think any of us, anywhere, would like what we'd likely come away with from an AMR tie up. Frankly it frightens me.

The reality is, like the proverbial Albatross, you have will have USAirways hanging around your neck for the rest of your career and all the baggage that comes with that. No breakup of East and West. Single carrier, one FAA Certificate.

And that's the way it is.......

Yea, kind of reminds me when we merged (ha ha) with the west, but at least we won't have a drunk for a CEO and maybe they will want to run a good airline, anything would beat the idiots in Tempe!!!

Anyone can choose to use the term "scab". Its a free country. One could even us the term "scab" in a "calm and resolute" manner, but choosing to use it incorrectly would not be indicative of a true professional.

I would predict 100% chance that you will be yanking gear for me in a couple of years. Don't worry, I am a benevolent Captain. I practice the 50/50 rule on walk arounds (when it's below 50F you do it & when it's above 50+50F you do it). Peace out my hazy eyed seer.

PI- notice you and others on east are being called some rather interesting things. Koward, Coward, Maggot, Scab, Yellow Coward, lacking integrity, FUKS. All very interesting. Something is really bugging them lately, and they are sliding down to a level we have not seen here ever. Do they know something that is disturbing them more than the usual? I would say so. Wouldn't you? The sell job is increasing by the day, with no takers, the sellers more and more disturbed at the lack of interest. To a point of going off the deep end. Keep watching. Aqua Nic4us especially sliding down to a new level of low. Metro was always on his game in the gutter. Clear, always angry and cutting, but not at the level these have slid to.

It has been interesting. I guess I have become used to it here, but the real eye opener was the previous PHX crew news. I can't even quite put that into words and by the look on Doug's face, he couldn't either.
