Trouble is, you gave us your high costs. Phoenix can't survive with what you (US Air) has done to us cost-wise. Heck, US Air can't survive with US Air's costs. The only thing keeping this going is bankruptcy rates for 2/3rds of the pilots and luggage fees.

So I guess you think that if we merge with AA than no US Airways pilots should ever be able to bid ORD, DFW or MIA? That to you a merger really does not mean a merger but separate ops forever at least until you get what you want.

When you merged with Piedmont where Us Air pilots based in CLT at the time? Why are they based there now?

A merger happened you can not deny that. Corporate assets are sent where they make the most money. Separate ops forever is not going to happen.

Well, if they do this, then they need to get rid of the AW in red on the west nose gear doors also. Someone in the company approved them getting that logo. How about the PAI 737-4 get a piedmont logo on them, and the Usair 300 s get their own decoration also. If they are going to go with the lanyards, then it needs to go ALL the way............

What "they" should do is not remove the AWA logo from the nose gear doors, "they" should paint a red AWA logo on every east airplane.

Well, I truly thought things had changed, and posters were picking up on linking to some great old tunes and such.

Have not read the lanyards or uniform letter yet, does it mention what I can put on MY bags? I am thinking something loud and RED (would never go with yellow) that is completely offensive to usapa.

Think I might call a sewing company and see if they can embroider "Cleary Loves LOA93" on a nice patriotic tie.


All this talk about whether the distance learning folks should get fired or not makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever. It is completely obvious that they should not be fired. However, the problem is the idiots at usapa have been playing for terminations from day one. They wanted the Cactus 18 fired, they wanted delinquent dues payers fired, they want this Morell guy fired, posters here want Kirby fired for a rumor and Parker fired for his DUI. Well......turnabout is fair play, and now usapa might get their wishes and get somebody fired. Hope none of my east friend on this board failed to do their distance learning!!!!
