I've decided not to post on here anymore...

Too much truth starting to take its toll on your paradigm so time to run.

I had previously blocked Move 2 as he was just toxic....

Your kidding, right? You east guys hate each other right now! I have never, in my career, witnessed a group of pilots who backstab and try so hard to make life difficult for one another. You east guys are something else.

You east guys take smart, calm, and logical guys like Jim and absolutely beat them down until they can't stand looking at another eastie. You let your emotions rule in the end and that's why you're where you're at. You alienate your talent and let the knuckledraggers run your show.

I think it's a tradgedy we have gotten to this situation and I honestly don't think it's going to end anytime soon.

It'll be coming to an end sooner than you think.

I bypassed recall as long as possible and came back in 2007. Yes I was and am running a mortgage business.

I still think ALPA screwed the pooch on this list and that it is massively unfair..

It wasn't ALPA. It was your own pilots that screwed the pooch. Take a lesson from the FAs who understand its not the AFA, its the people you put in to represent you.

I also will never vote for any contract that has the NIC in it..

If the money is there you will.

What part of Binding Arbitration does the East not understand? The binding part, or the arbitration part.

When you make a promise and sign an agreement, you live up to it, at least grownups do....

I hate what my peers are doing.

There is no ambiguity here, it's wrong to renege on a mutually agreed upon arbitration process.

You may believe that the Nicolau Award is not fair but the arbitrators of the last four pilot seniority arbitrations say you're wrong.

bottom line is my time can be better spent hanging out with my son and taking care of life...

I think it's a tradgedy we have gotten to this situation and I honestly don't think it's going to end anytime soon.

I'm an 89 hire.. I had 9.5 years in the seat (longevity at the time of the merger)

I flew 727 CAPT while furloughed.

I bypassed recall as long as possible and came back in 2007. Yes I was and am running a mortgage business.

I have 14.5 years in now...

I have 16 yeas left if I make it that long.

My Dad was rEAL and I saw what that train wreck did to a lot of people...

I've been flying since 14 and this infighting is just such a mess....

The nonsense and things I read on here are just crazy... we are supposed to be professionals.

I still think ALPA screwed the pooch on this list and that it is massively unfair..

I also will never vote for any contract that has the NIC in it..

but

What did he lose? They were ch.7 dead meat without the merger. He knows it. Now those scum bags feel more and more entitled and will throw whatever tantrum they can...no matter how absurd...to steal what they could NEVER negotiate, mediate or arbitrate. Fact.

He kept his job and benefits, he won far more than he was ever realistically owed by US AIR.
