I keep it because I like it and also keep it well maintained. I also don't like being in debt and haven't been in that position for many years now.

WeAAsles somehow I dont see you in a new mustang . I see you doing a lot of research and finally buying a Nissan Versa or something like it or if you wanted a classic car a Rambler would suit you. Parker thought we would have a deal by January you say MAY(Which is my Bday too) so that 5 months of pay we are losing. That a least $4000 we are losing , enough to get the sport model. Keep supporting the ASS and keep losing

Those ready reserve fund the full timers.

I want better than comparable with what a full timer makes at non union delta, and with the first contract upstairs. As far as subsidizing, the IAM made sure 40% part time subsidizes full time on this property, along with vendors at 70% of our airports, so there is plenty of subsidizing to go around. the IAM is king of it.  Remember, our part timers pay full time dues,  get only .65 cents an hour for the pitiful IAMPF; and pay double the insurance.  If that isn't subsidizing then I don't know what is.

And can we please stop dumping more and more money into the IAMPF????  STOP IT!  
The IAMPF sucks balls as it whacked the US AIRWAYS members by 40% and with the new pension laws, it can whack retirees.  It's green now because members like me got our pension stolen by our own union.  And now you guys want to sucker TWU members into that terrible multi employer plan that has NO GUARANTEE with the new laws.  I don't want the IAM pimping off my Delta wage increase +7% and sucking it into their pension fund.

Your fellow band of relics at US were making sh#t money, now you make more than AA, your angst to hurry this process up does not make sense, what's the hurry, you already make good money, if we run things your way, we loose out big time, and its seems that's what you want. So again you stinking mole rat, your efforts here will be unproductive.

They can try, but they will have to drag us AA/TWU folks kicking and screaming into the IAMNPF.
We are all well aware of how much it sucks.
If given an individual choice, less than 5% will choose it.
Nobody over 50 will and that's most of us.

The only table that is ready is the negotiation table. Unfortunately, the Association is not prepared. I hope this extended delay and jerking off Parker doesn't come back and bite us in the ass.

Let's hope Parker doesn't close this window after January. With the holidays and union conventions coming up, it appears as if this Association will not be prepared.

Our members expect our negotiation team at the table, with the company, not with eachother.

I'll do all I can to bring out the pitfalls and scandal of the IAMPF. I'm afraid your TWU leadership will support it since it already signed the agreement to prioritize it.
