Let them do their work. Its so easy for all of you to throw stones when you all have zero experience in combining two CBAs into one.Didn't and haven't seen any of you step up.Armchair negotiators that you all are.
They need to be prepared. Its embarrassing that our union isnt prepared to negotiate. They need to conclude their gripes with eachother and step up to the negotiation table after they put their petty bs aside.

You're a joke...How in the hell can I step up when I didn't even get a say in this club called the "Association"?
As a matter of fact, I have sent emails to five, that's the number 5 of the names on your Ass update and have yet to hear back from a single one.
And by the way 700, as an "Armchair negotiator", I'm still on the team wanting something done. You on the other hand have been cut, released, or resigned and therefore are totally irrelevant to the process. Let us make our own decisions without your snide and name calling comments.

Clueless you are Tim.

Since you cant ever get elected nor have been in negotiations nor JCBA preparations, you have no idea what and how difficult the process is. Don't you have another union you can start and fail once again?

I know enuf that they dont have their poo poo together. They need to have a beer chug to break the petty gripes amongst each group. A coin flip will also work. Something gotta stop the insanity. The members arent stupid, the time is now.

First they blabbed how parker was a liar and he really didnt want to negotiate but then parker called them out, rightfully so. Next they blamed gary peterson for the extensivedelays, and now klemm admits they simply arent prepared.

Disappointing indeed.

regards,

Answer what's asked of you.

How many JCBA negotiations preparations have you been part of?

How many negotiations have you been part of?

You weren't screaming in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 during the last JCBA negotiations.

The reconciliation meetings were actually something like this:
rind_grafik.jpeg

Can you find your station/workgroup?

Stations to be carved up, dues income carefully measured, fiefdoms protected.

That is why they aren't ready. They had 9 months waiting for the NMB to rubber stamp their bovine excrement association and did nothing with it.

F/A's,Pilots,Agents, amazing how everyone else seems to have their #### dialed in correctly but the ASS just fumbles as a matter of routine.

But hey, they're having meetings to set up meetings at which they'll schedule additional meetings at a date they will have to schedule still more meetings to hammer out a firm date on which to have said meetings.

The pilots and FAs were required to go to binding arbitration.

You're going TWU because of the NY one station complex which includes that other airport at the end of the Van Wyck. You know the one with 600+ FSC's and considerably more flights than LUS has at LGA.
Wow 600 agents that six times what LUS has here at LGA you must be approaching 240 flights. I might be popping in, its closer to my house I  worked there  from 1978 to 1982

So they should stop grievance work?

So do you want to go tell the terminated members they can just to wait?

Are you going to support them?

I see why the IAM (and now the Association) likes you as their mouthpiece.
The excuses never end with you, they just easily roll right off your tongue.
And the new spin, working on a contract for thousands of members in a timely fashion
hurts those that are on the street.
700, you beat all.
