With a little more than 3 weeks or a mere 23 days to go till the JAX convention is everyone set on there plans?

I'm planning my Roadtrip to Fla! I Plan on being there Monday around noon. I'm Lookng towards seeing

everyone, the delegates , guests and our newly elected E board! Its been a long and winding road the last

10 months and I can't believe we are already moving into October. What a year to remember!

I got to see a copy of the integrated senority list today. How come there are no numbers on it that let you know where you are on the list? It is just a list of names with hire dates and adjusted dates. Should there not be numbers on it that let you know you are number 1000 out of 6000? Just an observation. Did anybody else get to take a look at it?

Maybe becuse it will be updated after adjustments for wrong dates. Also a few on the list are still there due to recall. 3 or 4 from my station alone. They won't come back but they are still eligible till april 09. There still should be numbers though. I did count down to mine and figured it out.

Joe,

The email I Received on Thursday had the Senority numbers on it. However, when I printed it, the numbers did not come up on the printed version. There are roughly 5300 Full Time Fleet Service Agents.

Mike and Hope
I did the same thing and figured out roughly how many there were and where I fell on the list. We shouldn't have to do that though. It should be obvious when you look at the list.

since I know upper management likes to snoop on these boards..

here's a little message to UNCLE AL.

After Screwing your retiriees in your BK contract and trying to screw the current F/S in this B/S contract we

have. If you think your going to RE OPEN our CONTRACT to adjust OUR insurance PREMIUMS for the next

3 years .. think again . Your little company boy RC is gone .. and the NEW DIRECTION TEAM ..

DOES NOT and I repeat DOES NOT REOPEN the concession STAND..

Is there talk of the premium going up?
This is the contract the company wanted not us, so tah tah, I'd be willing to open it back up,
but there's a fee for doing that, like an extra week of vacation, 10 holidays and a top out
wage of 21.64 an hour. Sorry Al

guys at the HUBS, did you all see a complete list? The list my union rep got is incomplete. A bunch of field station employees missing from "The LIST"

I didnt get any list and I don.t see where to find it on the Hub??

The integrated list has a major flaw. West agents got date of hire. East agents hired before 1998 lose seniority due to adjusted classification. We should all be under the same set of rules. Seniority should be "based on an employee's date of entry into his/her classification." Time spent out of the classification, such as Res, should be subtracted. The New Direction '08 team can get this corrected for us. We have 90 days to fix this.

did anybody honestly believe they would get this right the first time? asked my manager if he received a list and he hadn't even heard about it.

I strongly believe that Leads should have Lead seniority. Just a hypothetical:

If say you've been a lead for 18 years, never leaving lead position....that seniority should apply to a lead bidding schedule. Someone who is a senior agent with no lead experience but coming into a lead position should not get a better bid than someone doing the job longer.

Fix that ND '08
