New topic & remember do NOT make it personal. Thank you in advance.
I got to see a copy of the integrated senority list today. How come there are no numbers on it that let you know where you are on the list? It is just a list of names with hire dates and adjusted dates. Should there not be numbers on it that let you know you are number 1000 out of 6000? Just an observation. Did anybody else get to take a look at it?
since I know upper management likes to snoop on these boards..
here's a little message to UNCLE AL.
After Screwing your retiriees in your BK contract and trying to screw the current F/S in this B/S contract we
have. If you think your going to RE OPEN our CONTRACT to adjust OUR insurance PREMIUMS for the next
3 years .. think again . Your little company boy RC is gone .. and the NEW DIRECTION TEAM ..
DOES NOT and I repeat DOES NOT REOPEN the concession STAND..

The integrated list has a major flaw. West agents got date of hire. East agents hired before 1998 lose seniority due to adjusted classification. We should all be under the same set of rules. Seniority should be "based on an employee's date of entry into his/her classification." Time spent out of the classification, such as Res, should be subtracted. The New Direction '08 team can get this corrected for us. We have 90 days to fix this.
