And WeAA is not in any union leadership roles for the TWU.

Keep up the lies and misinformation.

so the Atlanta Journal just made up all of that about FL employees who would have to transfer or lose their job?speaking of the "grassroots" campaign at DL, word is that more than 100 DL FAs have notified the company and the NMB that they received communications from the Machinists union thanking them for sending in a card when they never did or asking them to renew a card which they say they had never sent in.after all of the invalid cards are pulled, maybe there will be an election and maybe there will not.
Just remember.....union, good......company, bad.......and all will be right with the world.

Hey....doesn't the IAM's corporate jet need some new tires?

No one should be surprised that these ginned up allegations are now being broadcast on the employee website.

It's only gonna get worse from here...

Speaking of corporate communications, anyone else from NW remember this?

"In addition we must maintain a close relationship with our unions and their leadership at all levels. We must have an open and fair relationship with our unions, as they are important to our success. All parties must abide by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. We should expeditiously settle grievances, preferably at the local level and always be candid and direct in our dealings with labor officials. Our operation will only run well if we have good relationships with our people and work together with their collective bargaining representatives."

Gee Southwind,

You have been quiet.

12,000 and rising!

And that was a lame attempt at slamming the IAM.

Every penny a union spends is public record, cant say the same about DL.

And why is DL spending millions to run an anti-union campaign?

of course it is rising as a result of the efforts of some people who don't understand the concept of one vote per person... and only DL employees get to vote.

Why is the IAM trying so hard to get its hands in the pockets of DL FAs? $14 million, that is what.

and the IAM is willing to do whatever it takes, including defraud DL employees to get a vote.

and to have DL employees here dismiss what is being highlighted as company propaganda says VOLUMES about what the labor supporters EVEN INSIDE OF DL think of their coworkers.

your quote is noteworthy, Kev, esp. since it was made at NW.

Mr. Anderson left NW before things went really south, didn't he?

Yep and you dont get to vote nor sign a card.

But 12,000 and rising did and do!

The IAM isnt going to get $14 million, keep up the lies.

The figure is around $12 million and the Grand Lodge and the District will use that money to pay the Full Time DL FAs who will be the DL Representatives.

And the $60 a month they will pay, when they ratify their first CBA, yes ratify a CBA will be tax deductible, when are you going to use an original fact instead of spewing the lies and misinformation you get from deltoid and Ford and Harrison?

No dues will be collected from DL FAs till they ratify their first CBA, and the IAM will pay for all the costs of negotiating and representing the DL FAs with no money from the DL FAs.

How very gracious of the IAM to bankroll donuts and the first round of negotiations - so they can have a steady stream of income which even you characterized would make the DL FAs one of the largest workgroups in the Machinists union. no wonder you are salivating.

neither do you get to vote.

the difference is that I realize it. You don't.

yes, you are right, the IAM won't get the $14M because DL FAs will decide en masse and with their OWN vote that they don't want to give away hundreds of dollars of their salary to an organization and its supporters that denigrate DL employees who highlight fraud.

The NO SALE light is brightly lit.

You still dont get it.

1924619_916152831742114_6604232526550926187_n.jpg

That is what they will pay until they ratify a CBA.

The dues money will pay for the Flight Pay loss for DL FAs who become full time representatives and ones that are part-time or off on union business.

How many millions is DL spending with third parties to thwart DL FAs wanting a CBA with a voice in their workplace?

12,000 and rising!

Why is it ok for Anderson to have an employment contract, also the pilots and dispatchers, but the FAs arent good enough in Your and DL's Eyes to have a say in the workplace?

They dont have one now.

12,000 and rising, I am going to so enjoy when they win and tell you that you were wrong the whole time!

I know I dont get to vote, I know the process very well, unlike you who has been shown to be lying and spreading misinformation by Myself, Dawg and Kev.

You were wrong about them getting cards to call for an election and you will be wrong on the vote outcome.

The meetings are being well attended and more cards keep coming in every day!

sure looks as though someone is really truly coming unhinged at the FACT over 12k and rising folks are actually wanting to be in a union to have more say than what that one  FORMER REVNUE MGMT thinks.......

I would have to agree with you about the no line mechs at DFW.  I honestly thought Delta still had line mechanics at DFW even though they dismantled the rest.  Still very sad what Delta did and it actually shows that Delta don't really care about their employees when compared to the bottom dollar.  I actually hope you guys can get back some line maint at DFW, your right, plenty of flights to support it...
Its a question that gets asked all the time. Sad. Should have a FA base there too.

that is priceless considering how many FL employees were displaced by WN. just priceless.

Apparently WN didn't care about the FL employees.

I can assure you that a lower percentage of NW employees were displaced by DL in the merger than by WN.
once again. My company f**ked over its employees just a little bit less than yours!! nah nah nah boo boo

You hate for labor and using us in your stupid little games makes me sick, Leo.

which is why they got 12,000 cards.

Oh but 100 of them might be bad. That clearly means the majority of the FAs don't want a union....

math. Its just for stupid people.

no, the IAM FORGED a significant number of cards and we really have no idea how many FAs really have signed a card.

and even more so, we really don't have any idea how many FAs are just using the IAM like they have other unions to get what they want and then not vote for the union.

again, why would they? it costs nothing to threaten DL with votes but then back out when what they can get from DL is than what it will cost to have a union.

The Machinists union will have to go looking elsewhere for more revenue.

math. Its just for stupid people.
that is just priceless.

Fixed!

Our operation will only run well if we have good relationships with our people and not have to deal with a 3rd party who's "ONLY" vested interest is taking money out of our peoples pockets.
