ATTENTION FLEET: SEIZE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR CHANGE!

This Membership has come to realize that the current Leadership of this Union is complacent,
self-serving, and generally out of touch with what this hard working, dues paying Membership demands from a Union that represents them!
This has been repeatedly brought to the IAM’s attention. Not once have they even acknowledged a need for change or attempted to put their finger on the pulse of this Membership!
Those days will soon come to an end! Canale and the other Officers of this Union have been pleaded with numerous times over the years to become transparent, forthcoming, and attentive to this Membership…all to no avail.
In the past… here in CLT… the only times anyone from the IAM ever even attempted to communicate with us, was when they were selling us a substandard contract, or trying to preserve their own positions!
Fortunately, that has changed with the introduction of our new Grievance Committee. The Grievance Committee that we (Fleet) have elected here in CLT has proven that dedicated, attentive, and diligent people in key positions can, and will make a difference in changing things for the better!
We will apply this same formula to the Officer Elections in June…and we will achieve the same results!
