Ok I just flipped out. The pressures of life have taken their toll. But
the good part about that is I come up with some great ideas in that state.
Here's the latest:

Contact the LLC and tell them you understand thier plight and offer to
open negotiations on the CBA with these amendments:
1. Across the board pay cut of 15%
2. Drop health benifits
3. Outsource any station with connections to this forum ORD will
be #1 to go followed by CLT then PHL then SAN.
4. Begin split shifts for FT
5. Charge $300/segment to non-rev
6. Eliminate overtime and replace it with undertime( anything past
8 hrs is half pay)
7. Ask the LLC if these are enough consessions and if not add more
making sure Al H. gets all the credit.

Ok now the work begins. Do a massive public relations campaign supporting
the new contract with a slogan like "Labor is ready to Help". Then when
it comes time to vote mount a huge underground surge to vote it down.
Offer all agents $500.00 if they can prove they voted no. When the vote
comes back 7999 NO and 1 YES (Freedom) go to the LLC and explain
to them that we read the membership wrong and it turns out they
had some self esteem that we didn't account for. Thanks BF

PS I've got a million of these ideas just like this. Plus I now have
lowered my pay demand to be an AGC to $29,950. Randy what
do you think? There's still time.

IAM Transition Agreement
Page 5
Article 7 (Seniority) Bullet point 2

All Employees who are currently working at any station under the Interim Transition Agreement on the first day of the first pay period following ratification will be placed on the pay scale consistent with their US Airways pay seniority on date of furlough.

Definite no,

That door was closed a couple of weeks ago.

Sorry
Appreciate the answer, what a nasty business...JR

it certainly is very odd that freedom wanted this PO TA thru and got his wsh, now he wants those 19 cities back??????? I guarantee that with the current economy heading into the gutter if it aint in it already, this outfit WILL SHUT DOWN those 19 cities first. Yet freedom wants those cities back
that wont happen.

Nelson...

I'm handin' this dude off to you!

I'm tired of debating nonsensical… preposterous sh** !
I havent' seen a debate, just a one man rant. Let Freedom blow some steam, hopefully he will feel better. He comes back around to reality like a circle so I know he'll be on solid ground once again when he completes his cycle.

Tim you make it sound like our Free Dum is on some kind of monthly cycle like this one

Freedom, if you want to make threats to perhaps you should make them face to face instead of hiding behind your keyboard

If you're stupid enough to work in the sun for mcDonalds wages so your idol Parker can get richer have at it, or if throwing bags on an airplane is all you can do have at it.I was looking for a job when I got this one and I won't have a bit of a problem finding another if they shut the doors.
you know nothing about me or what I can do so keep your mindless comments to yourself
you're a disgrace to the union in general and most here consider you a bad joke

Look out boys... tha "O-Man" is in tha house!

They's gonna be he** to pay !

Everyone see LCC stock today? $3.54 share. Dougie bought 197,000 shares between $2.77 and $2.80 per share for a small return of $147,750 to date. Congrats Dougie. WTF!!!!
