Well! Inspite of all the respect we deserve and the best TA we should get, the West fleet will, again, sit in the corner and wait for ALL the old US Airways, well deserving, highly respected fleet workers to get THEIR "just deserves!

Anyway, YOU fellas deserve it more than AWA.

Problem here is YOU (East) always made a decent living on even 19 an hour. How would you ever manage to survive on 15 an hour for a couple more years! Maybe You are the only ones with INFLATION worries. Maybe you have more bills to pay because you earn more and always have and only in the east have you gotten that way because of Better Times gone awry.

Sorry! You all have the biggest EGO'S going for this kinda work that we do.

Vote Everything Down Every Time! and US Airways will respect all of us because of Shooting Ourselves in the Foot. EGO'S all around.

Since MY city was screwed back before Fleet Service believed in solidarity I have been making $15 an hour for a few years now. Not the $17 now nearly $18 the hubs and class one got. I just got my first raise of .16 this year. Wow.

I went over to the UA msg site and they had an "IAM Elections" thread. It seems to me that if the membership of UA is so upset by the NEW DIRECTION
SLATE that they would express it more so all could read...I only found 4 Posts since feb 8.....2 of them were from the Local Posters of this thread......

The color of your skin and your gender are of no importance in a negotiation. How you represent the membership is all that counts. Black, White, Brown, Green, Man, Woman, Half & Half has NO PLACE HERE LIBBY!!!! That is just another of the typical KA, RE, RC games designed to focus members on anything but your pathetic record? LIBBY aka KA has never won an arbitration case in her life but feels qualified to tell you who should run this union. The truth is she was promised the reigns to this led zeppelin after RC wins again. The only thing scarier than him winning is her taking over. Stop talking about who has color, who has genitalia, and why this group is or isn't represented on the slate. State your record here, defend it, and run on it. Let the members decide. Oops, You have NO Record to stand on. Just your bosses Company Board Seat to sit on!!!

That is my point. Regardless of gender or color how can we endorse a slate of; not only people we don't know; but people running as a slate that don't even know each other, there is no rush we have until June to figure it out.

They didn't believe in solidarity, thats the problem...everyone was looking out for themselves, only the hubs had more votes than we did. It's time to change that.....If we do we all benefit. Yes including the other work groups. Mx/FA/ Pilots...well they are a couple planets away but deservidely so. Its all relative.....When you take its from the top down because its easier.....when you get back its from bottom up because it's easier for the company to handle the next in line......it's always been that way and always will.....

No matter what......our B.TCH%&, should be with the company and Union should be watching our backs because

That's what makes it all suspicious when you look at who GS is surrounding himself with by appointees. How do we know that J.H. is really still not involved. He could be just laying low and letting his fellow buds do his work. To me that is a loop hole. It was like they knew that those three would run unopposed and then knew that G.S. would or could start appointing committee people. How many committee people are there now? and should it only be the elected three? Why isn't GS accountable for these actions. Why can he just make up who and how many people he has in his committee? Why are these things so secretive. If there are additional committe positions then let us know so we can put in there who we (the membership) want. Why should we allow GS to appoint his own committee. That reaks of some sneaky S*&T!

I think you guys are jumping the gun a bit on GS making an appointment. Us Local Chairman do not have the authority to appoint a committee person, we can only appoint shop stewards. Your Local Eboard will do this.

Didn't you start the thread on the UAL site? It has become clear that diversity does not matter to you and that's fine. Arbitration cases are public record and we can find out who has won are settled what cases so be careful when you make those type of acusations they can be researched, and you will begin to lose credibility. Your right I personally have no record, and if Delaney wins won't he automatically get the seat as Board of Director isn't that what the contract calls for. Just wondering.

Never felt like I have been represented.

Never met or seen any of the current Canolites.

I have worked with some of the "New Direction Slate" and they have a solid work ethic and I will back them 100%.

From what I hear there are around 7 AGC's assigned to ATL. Some are given time off, some are enslaved. Al Faung for instance. He was let out until he lost important stations. She most likely was on work release.

I still believe this district should wait until they have learned how to SERVICE A CONTRACT before trying to organize one more group!!!

You never answered my question. Who in Las did Canale tell he would shut down stations if they didn't nominate him Who else was present? I'm not trying to convince you how to vote. What are the facts so we know how to vote.
