Do not really know what you are stuttering about!

The only time the company pushed a list back was when the scab union walked into negotiations immediately following the NMB election and had the company push their DOH scab list right back in their stupid faces.

Now, the Nic,,,,well that is the only accepted system seniority list for all LCC pilots, and I still have a letter from Parker( you know...the CEO of LCC and soon to be AAL) stating the company's acceptance.

Are you talking about that grievance that was denied by the very soon to be former VP?

Then I would have shut up for a few weeks while he and his loved ones dealt with the tragedy, and let the union run as it should. Or I could have started an email thread with the other BPR members while he was still critical and talk about how to get rid of him as President.  Cleary got a pass for almost 2 years. entered in favor of US Airline Pilots Association on Count II of the complaint. US Airline
Pilots Association’s seniority proposal does not breach its duty of fair representation
provided it is supported by a legitimate union purpose. This judgment is binding on the
following class: “All pilots employed by US Airways in September 2008 who were on the
America West seniority list on September 20, 2005.”
