[SIZE=10.5pt]I don't have a say, or anyone's ear...but yes. All I want is however many wide bodies we have on the property on Monday. And the APA can bid theirs. Any new ones showing up Tuesday or later should be divvied up (bid on) DOH among ALL pilots (East, West, and APA) with the appropriate fences and restrictions. It is this part only that I believe may go to arbitration, might be for the best. [/SIZE]

Even Cleary always towed the line on our seniority battle, and would never, EVER have sold out to the West Reps for a recall of Steve Bradford.  Sad day for the reps of CLT and PHL.  Guess we all get what we deserve,  these traitors were elected by the rank and file. 
 
I have not decided how I will vote on the recall.  My gut reaction is to support it and leave this fickle East pilot group to fend for themselves.  RR

Hey I have an idea. Why don't we actually ask the junior guys what they want, instead of telling them what they want. You know, a survey. Instead of a stupid survey on iPads, which AA has been using for some time now with no serious issues that I know of, or a survey on who will be in charge of turning out the lights at USAPA HQ (the BPR or the officers) - how about a survey of all pilots hired in the east after (insert year). Let's ask them what they think and want TODAY on a range of issues, NOT back in 2007, given all that has transpired, all that has been spent, all that they have seen go on within the union, all that has changed, etc.

You might be surprised.

And show some proof that Hummel and Bradford have abandoned the junior guys.

Then I would have shut up for a few weeks while he and his loved ones dealt with the tragedy, and let the union run as it should. Or I could have started an email thread with the other BPR members while he was still critical and talk about how to get rid of him as President.  Cleary got a pass for almost 2 years. Only when the wheels came off did sane men come out of the woodwork to take the union back.
 
You are a real ass Hate, talking of a very personal and tragic event as if the drama of "paddles" somehow has any bearing on a simple question of our Contract, UOM, and CBL. Hopefully you never have such an event, but if you do won't see me here talking about your anal fissures and how you threw up everywhere. You would win the jerk of the day award were it not for DiOrio, who I just found out made a deal with the PHX reps to get Bradford on the recall ballot. PHX said they would not support the recall of Gary without Steve. For a brief moment of madness, I wish the NIC would be imposed. You and guys like DiOrio deserve it, and you for sure dont deserve Steves hard work.

The only time the company pushed a list back was when the scab union walked into negotiations immediately following the NMB election and had the company push their DOH scab list right back in their stupid faces.
Now, the Nic,,,,well that is the only accepted system seniority list for all LCC pilots, and I still have a letter from Parker( you know...the CEO of LCC and soon to be AAL) stating the company's acceptance.
Are you talking about that grievance that was denied by the very soon to be former VP?
Tell us about your Nic list without your stupid scab rant. If it is possible. Tell us how your company burned it right back to you with a huge denial on it, heading into a merger. Nice job filing it and getting LCC mgt to prove they never recognized it. Explain away, betting you can't do it without your slobbering scab speak.
