Did I bring up anything sexual about Scherff? Besides, as often happens on these boards, it came across wrong.
 
Several of my family members went to school with him. None of them have said anything bad about him, just with one conversation a few years ago some things got thrown out that could be considered tall tales. That's it.
 
As for his testimony, I thought it was BS and dancing around the subject, as Silver seem to. Along the same lines as the above conversation.
 
I don't know Scherff, but a friend had him on the jumpseat and said he seemed like a nice guy, no BS while there.
 
I set myself up even mentioning my loved one, my mistake. But that should be off limits. Nothing I can do about it if you choose to stoop that low.

Something just occurred to me Snappy and maybe you know the answer. The company, AA and the APA were all parties to the MOU, right? How come Marty did call any of them to testify what 10h meant?
