You forgot conspired with Piedmont1984 to staple Empire pilots.

Your Mom says hi.
That would be 1986 when your pappy stood by and did nothing when the Empire pilots were put to the bottom of the seniority list.

UAL CAL pilots, a match made in heaven.  (sarcasm)

" ISL Dispute Resolution Committees Meet in MEC Office

The ISL Dispute Resolution Committees (DRC) for the L-UAL and L-CAL pilots met in the MEC office in Rosemont, Ill., this week. During the meeting, they reviewed the “Dispute Resolution Procedures” contained in Exhibit B of the EKN award.  Committee members flipped a coin in accordance with Exhibit B to name Captain Tony Montalto as Chairman and First Officer Jeff Ruark as Secretary for 2014.  In 2015, L-UAL will have the Chairman position and L-CAL will have the Secretary position.

A lengthy conference call was held with members of the MEC Negotiating Committee and several SMEs to discuss and review background information for many of the filed disputes.

The DRC also discussed the scope of claims received to date.

As a reminder, pilots with a dispute wishing to file a claim have 120 days after the date of the incident to forward a dispute resolution form to their respective committee members. A link to the dispute resolution claim form is available on the respective members' section of the UAL-MEC website (www.ualmec.org) near the top right.

The purpose of the DRC, to quote paragraph IV of Exhibit B of the award, is only to resolve disputes “arising out of the interpretation or application of the Award.”

Members of the DRC are:
Captain Tony Montalto (L-CAL)
Captain Neal Schwartz (L-CAL)
First Officer Jeffrey Ruark (L-UAL)
First Officer Dan Madruga (L-UAL)"

The APA Scope Committee member said they want slotting by equipment and status, some WB fences and no NB or base fences.
Bring in the Hotel and Uniform guys and you have a quorum.

90% chance it will go to arbitration.
If the west is given a seat with APA's and USAPA's blessing, yes. No seat, look for the list about March 9th. DFR lawsuits about March 10th.

My lawyers claimed the MOU was neutral in writing a dozen times. Are you saying MY lawyer that I PAY lied to 1/3rd of his clients? Is that legal? I know Silver was sure impressed when he refued to take the stand under oath to explain himself.
