doh narrowbody, no fences, fine with me it APA agrees.

They won't.

The APA Scope Committee member said they want slotting by equipment and status, some WB fences and no NB or base fences.

Think it will go to arbitration?

What's taking Judge Silver so long?  The POR, her easy out, was signed 3 days ago.

Well, maybe she is in her chambers figuring out novel ways to torture the RLA and precedent so that the Ninth can have a good chuckle.
Her easiest way out is to do nothing until the new AA seniority list is done. How can you say "what damage?". And, since the union will be dissolved and the contract is nullified, the issue may be decided to be moot.
Case dismissed. She has other, more important stuff to do than listen to grown men whine.
Cheers.

The Judge is having to rewrite her order multiple times before she publishes the "correct" version... She is having to change her mind and account for each of the new contingencies that develop every day since she first declared the claim was ripe. The west is saddened to find she isn't quite the soothsayer or divining witch they hoped she was.

90% chance it will go to arbitration.
Trader knows all.  He is a pilot at US Airways and a self made man.  His daddy paid for his college, his daddy paid for his flying lessons and then his Piedmont pilot daddy got him the job at US Airways.  The west pilots like him and respect him. (So he thinks. The west pilost cult took him in and made him feel smart, respected and liked.  This is something he could never attain from his peers on the East because of the way he acts, so entitled by just being born.)

Consider the source.

Are we going to hear about your imaginary friend now?  And, if by chance he is not imaginary, who cares about the AA Scope Committee?

My Tuesday night bowling league has half the AA Merger Committee on it, and they all say DOH with fences.

Hey Never, that's great except for the fact we are living in the same house.  The only part I agree with you on are that the AA widebodies will be fenced.

Bean
How about a good solid door if not a fence?

All the best,

Bob

While I respect a judge being able to hand down a ruling, I respect our legal system and the right to appeal such.  I feel a recall of Hummel will help to make sure an appeal will be a possible.  For the same reason, I thought the birth of USAPA made it possible to have a voice during the nic fiasco and not leave it up to alpa's greed.

Now I know you're lying, no bowling alley would let you in.

Have you signed a DOH petition yet?

Trader,

I agree with you. I'm pretty sure it will end up in arbitration.
APA pilots will, with fences put up before they go into arbitration.  History has shown that American pilots do not merge with another pilot group unless the result is the staple method.
