Don't lie.

Don't steal.
"Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's". Well, okay, if you didn't go to a Christian Kindergarten you probably didn't learn that there. But those that got section 29 letters must not have learned it anywhere.

More things you learn in kindergarten....

1. "There is no such thing as a stupid question."

Rhetorical questions aren't covered until 2nd grade.

But it is not until 3rd grade that it is explained rhetorical questions are excluded from 1.

I'd hate for the West to meet with the APA without you ..
I hope this is exactly what happens.

The "West" is neither a party to the MOU nor do you, or any of the parties who are, have any idea WHAT will come out of Silver's court.

There is no East or West. TA complete. Nic. enforced. That's the topic for tomorrow front and center. The APA isn't going to touch this but at some point I imagine they're going to look at Dug and politely ask him when exactly he plans on being a leader.

And tell the Spartans to go back to PHX?

How many years have you and the company been suing over the terms of the 2005 TA, with absolutely no change to the seniority lists?  Why do you assume any resolution to a breach of the 2013 MOU will be shorter lived?  Perhaps it will be, perhaps it won't be.  P.S. You forgot to use the word scab again.
The anger detected by the FBI has rendered Res marginalized. Coupled with the realization the Nicolau was thwarted, has added to the rage.
Wait until Friday. It is not going to be good for Spartans.

Refer to the lesson in 3rd grade that you deleted.

To the extent the meeting tomorrow is intended to reach a seniority integration protocol agreement ("protocol agreement") it is circumscribed by the terms of the MOU.  As you may prefer to express it.... "Integrity matters."

Pay particular attention to paragraph 7 (the named recipients of up to $4M).

Pursuant to this Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Contingent Collective Bargaining
Agreement (this “Memorandum”), US Airways, Inc. and any successor (collectively, "US Airways"),
American Airlines, Inc. (“American”), Allied Pilots Association ("APA"), and US Airline Pilots
Association ("USAPA”, and with US Airways, American, and APA, the “Parties”), hereby agree as
follows:

10. f. A Seniority Integration Protocol Agreement ("Protocol Agreement") consistent with
McCaskill-Bond and this Paragraph 10 will be agreed upon within 30 days of the Effective Date. The
Protocol Agreement will set forth the process and protocol for conducting negotiations and arbitration,
if applicable, and will include a methodology for allocating the reimbursement provided for in
Paragraph 7.

Anybody on the east notice their pay bank balance, if you had a balance?
Yeah, they screwed it up. I already submitted my complaint to the "hotline" email address the union said to use. As best I can figure they used their standard policy of converting our banks to a new rate. But in this case the November pay should have seen the bank "used" at the old rate (and then paid retro pay) and only the balance should have been converted. I will let you know when I hear. I was told by the NAC anything actualy "paid" would get the retro override, so moneys used from the bank get the retro, moneys still in the bank don't, and are "converted" normally. Clear as mud?
