The emails are evidence.   Undisputed evidence.  Published as part of the court record.  
 
The point is we all now know that leaders of Leonidas, LLC knew that the terms of the MOU negated the 2005 TA upon which the Nicolau rests, they knew that a PHX vote to ratify the MOU would jeopardize the West Class DFR lawsuit, and they apparently hid this information from you all, or at least went against their own advice and recommended you vote for the MOU anyway!
 
Leonidas LLC was privately against the MOU before they were publicly for the MOU... before they stood up in court before Judge Silver to whine that it isn't fair.   

• "It is clearly an attempt by USAPA to negate the transition agreement"...  "Marty seemed to be dismissive of this idea last night, but I think he's dead wrong......Leonidas should not endorse the MOU." 
• We recommend that West pilots vote yes if the want to see a merger with American according to the terms of the MOU. Sincerely, Leonidas, LLC

Really?  Is that the best Leonidas could do after all those donations?

Umm...not sure flyer, but I could claim neck discomfort from shaking my head back and forth, I suppose. Perhaps we've a "class action" to pursue after all. 🙂

Don't even get me started. Were I (or anyone I've ever even met and befriended) such a completely worthless, chickensh-t sunuvabitch to EVER write one's own SELF up for the Purple Heart, sans lost limb(s) or crippling, lifetime wounds...well...all I can say is that I'd have NEVER been allowed back through the main Family home's front door for even Christmas. Methinks my father would've properly disowned me, at the very least.

And...Not to fly under false colors...I'm still waffling between the Norton and more "socially acceptable" Harley notions for the coming springtime. 😉 Sure did love Norton times in early life though...so..we'll see. They're (Norton) presently only making a relative few of 'em, and last month's inquiry indicated an orders backlog/etc. Many of the wheels available from Dai Nippon far exceed Norton performance, or course, but..it's a purely sentimental thing, I suppose, which, your being a Triumph man, you fully understand. 😉

Yes sir I do.  Too many ride the rice burners.  I always liked the less common types.  Triumph's 1050 triple is still the best overall engine I've had the pleasure of riding. 
 
I assume you're well aware of the Norton-BSA/Triumph issues.  Norton previously held a stellar reputation.  Just as HD before its AMF days.  Triumph had fallen on hard times and was sucked into the BSA-Norton blackhole  of crappy motorcycle manufacturing.  Triumph was sold to a private investor who set out to rebuild the Triumph name through innovative design and quality.  I believe they did that.  It's nice to see Norton back on the scene.

I had to start taking BP medicine because of the half-truths and outright lies. Think that's worth a mill, mill and a half?

Ah!...Had a Lotus Elan in much earlier life....great fun, fantastic handling...but couldn't begin to match, much less take out even a good 'Vette in acceleration. Per the family responsibilites? Fully understood sir, and that hardly makes any "wimp" outta' you. At your point in life, imo; you would be shirking your proper responsibilites by gettin' yourself killed or crippled merely for sport. Among the few perks of becoming an old fart's the fact one no longer needs be reasonably cautious and responsible, outside of professional life, of course. "Been there/Done that"/etc. The 850 was essentially a poor quality after thought, and frankly just a desperate move by Norton. You did fine by missing that model. Should you wish a quality, restored original; the last year of the 750's your best choice....BS British electrical "system" and all. 😉 I'll never forget first seeing the windscreen on the BAE 146, which honestly contained a "proud" sign noting Lucas Electrics....I knew immediately, without any possible doubt, that she'd be an essential nightmare wherever elmo-the-electron was to be concerned. 🙂

"I assume you're well aware of the Norton-BSA/Triumph issues." To say the least. Whomever encountered British electrical systems, just for one part, that hasn't lasting memories/nightmares of them? I even went so far as to sometimes abuse myself with MG's in youth as well. 😉 I like the look of that Triumph, but must respectfully suggest the thought of admitted rice-burners or a BMW for touring bikes. I'll confess to having bought a Honda CB 750 in college years that served well for touring, (don't try dropping her over for tight turns/etc) and can note many years of freinds' experiences with "Jap Bikes" that favored them for long road trips...just sayin'....
 
Anyway...likely best we all get back to east-west/west-east "Nyaah Nyaahs" again, and I'll cease offsetting the thread. A real pleasure talking with you gents on much happier issues meanwhile, and may this merger afford you both decently compensated and at least semi-secure careers! 😉

Sign up my family.  I popped a gasket smirking, my dog got sick when he ate it, and my wife is mad that the carpet under the bird cage is ruined (the bird cage floor rusted out when the mailing failed to absorb the droppings).    I think there was an implied covenant in there somewhere.

Hmm...mebbe-so sir...well...so long as you'll provide proper witness to all the just-discovered neck distress from shaking my head back then...? 🙂 Aww..screw-it-all...let's just pretend ourselves to be mighty "spartans", and follow Leo's lawyer-loving-lead and hire us a buncha' worthless lawyers to see just how much of otherwise reasonable life for everyone we can sabotage! 😉
 
PS: I see from immediately above, that Phoenix also "suffered" grievous injuries! Gentlemen. That's at least three of us now!  We're well on our way to a class action methinks! 😉 To hell with any aspects of sanity! Let's hire the lawyers! 🙂

No surprise. I'd thought Grasping at Straws to be required study material for any supposed "soldier" recruits for your mighty "army"...well...only after they'd presumably been denied food and sleep for at least three days, and forced to chant "I think I'm a spartan!" at least 10,000 times a day...no?  It's further my understanding that "you'se" only prepare them to finally and fully be capable of delusionally fantasizing themselves to be "heros" in some supposed "war" after at least two full weeks of such conditioning....? 🙂
 
One thing I must give credit to your conditioning programs though: I've yet to see any "spartans" so much as note/observe that your "supreme"...umm...err..."commander", yourself and all of the highest and mightiest "spartans" obviously suffer, as did the proverbial emperor, from wearing/having "no clothes". 😉 One would think that all but the most hopelessly brain-dead would've necessarily noticed that from the recently posted emails alone. 🙂
