M/B Arbitrator(s): I have to ask, are you aware the other two parties have agreed on list using DOH, one that uses fences and restrictions to protect pilots where they are, and allow all parties (including the pilots you represent) to share in both narrow and wide body growth flying at the new AMR? I want to make sure what your argument is. You want me to disregard this proposal, and start over with the premise the East already has a combined list? I see you are also asking for the ability for all your pilots to access wide bodies already on the property at both AMR and U, including the 777s. Even the East party has not asked for that. They are only asking for what they brought to merger, and to share in new growth. What makes the West Class deserve such a windfall?
West Class Rep: You all must understand. By our own hard work and personal donations of 10M dollars each the Company, we allowed AWA to both save US Airways, and then AMR. We are an exceptional group deserving of super seniority and the ability to fly all wide body aircraft already on the property of both airlines. To say again, we are a very, very special group of pilots, having led the industry in pay and benefits since our inception.
